Continuity mistake: When Axel arrives at the hospital he is wearing his watch on his right wrist, but when he walks into Bogomil's room to say hi to Jan the watch is on his left wrist. The same thing happens when Axel drives past the house with renovations, his watch is on his right wrist, but when he pulls into the driveway the watch is on his left wrist. Interestingly, none of these shots are flipped. (00:22:20 - 00:24:45)

Continuity mistake: When Axel is in Bogomil's house and spots the sneakers, the sneakers and laces are filthy, but when Axel holds one of those sneakers its laces are clean and white. (00:43:10)

Continuity mistake: At the B.H. Shooting Club, when Axel meets Russ Fielding the latter removes his headset and turns the grey cushion sides of both ear pieces facing out, yet when Fielding is seen on the monitor between those shots the ear pieces face the opposite way. (00:35:40)

Continuity mistake: When the red Federal Armored Express truck escapes and is then chased by Axel and Rosewood in the cement truck, the number on the back of the Armored Express truck is 86200D. When Axel and Rosewood find it abandoned the number is 86204D. (01:06:00 - 01:09:10)

Continuity mistake: When Axel breaks open the drawer at the B.H. Shooting Club, he finds the notepad with the coordinates. When the pad is in the drawer there are five full lines of writing with a sixth short line below it, but when Axel takes the pad out of the drawer there are only four full lines of text with two more short lines below. Continuity mistake: When Rosewood, Axel and Taggart are driving in the car, such as on the way to the City Deposit/Federal Reserve Bank and later on the way to Sidney Bernstein, the car's rearview mirror vanishes and reappears repeatedly. (01:03:10)

Continuity mistake: During dinner, when Frank-N-Furter pulls off the tablecloth revealing the corpse, in the first close-up the platter of carved "meat" is quite gone, but it reappears in the next shot. (01:09:30)

Continuity mistake: After Mikaela walks in on Sam and Alice, then leaves, Alice grabs hold of Sam's neck, and during his struggle the tall black floor lamp falls over toward the fridge, but that lamp is back upright thereafter. (00:51:40)

Continuity mistake: After Sam's rescue from the Decepticon doctor's brain surgery, when Optimus transforms we see Sam rolling on the ground near the trees and in the next shot he gets up and runs behind the trees as Optimus shouts, "Hide, Sam!" However, in the next shot Sam is still rolling on the ground. (00:59:20)

Continuity mistake: When Sam has carved the circle of symbols into the ground, the aircraft behind him casts very different shadows upon the ground right up until everyone vanishes, when the cloud of dust caused by their disappearance appears. (01:25:55)

Continuity mistake: When Jetfire tries to leave the James S. McDonnell Space Hangar and says, "I command these doors to open," there is a shot of Sam, Mikaela, Simmons and Leo standing at the tip of what was Jetfire's enclosure bars, looking up, a bit to their right as if Jetfire was directly in front of them. In the next shot Jetfire, who is way down at the end of the hangar, breaks down the door and heads out. Next shot, they're all still looking up in the very same direction, even though they should be looking all the way to their right, straight ahead into the distance. (01:23:40)

Continuity mistake: After Jetfire's transformation, when he snipes, "You little spinal-cord-based organisms," he knocks the Mercury capsule and it falls. In the shot facing Jetfire, as it rolls toward Sam and the others, Jetfire is no longer standing within his enclosure, he is actually to the left of it. However, in the next shot as the Mercury capsule rolls toward Sam, the teenager is standing directly in front of the enclosure's bars. (01:23:30)

Continuity mistake: Just after Jetfire's transformation, when he shouts, "Answer me, pawns and knaves!" he pushes the yellow Naval sea-plane (44), which hangs from the ceiling, out of the way. First problem is that we see it breaking apart and hear it crashing, yet we don't see any pieces anywhere in following shots. Second, when Wheelie mentions that Jetfire hasn't aged well, that sea-plane is back up where it was. (01:23:25)

Continuity mistake: At the start of Bumblebee and Rampage battling it out, Rampage knocks a car over onto its side (perpendicular to the car that's beside Ron and Judy). A few shots after the close-up of Bumblebee dropping his yellow faceplate over his face, that car gets overturned again behind Mikaela, though in between there are shots of the car already on its side. That car is down yet again when Bumblebee is attacked by Ravage, and then on its side again when Sam pulls Mikaela by her hand. (02:00:20)

Continuity mistake: When Sam and the rest are chasing after Jetfire, explaining that they just want to talk, during their conversation Sam's arms repeatedly go from being raised way up or being down, depending on the camera angle. (01:24:20)

Continuity mistake: When Leo is freaking out in the back seat of the car, Simmons, who is in the front seat, pulls out the taser to use on Leo and holds it in his left hand as he turns around. Yet in Leo's close-up, as he's being zapped, the taser is in Simmons's right hand, but next shot the taser is back in his left hand. (01:46:55)

Continuity mistake: At the aircraft 'boneyard', Sam uses a dagger to carve a huge circle of symbols into the ground, and in the first close-up Sam finishes up a specific symbol at the top of the circle, sticks the dagger in the dirt and stands up. In the next overhead wideshot, Sam is not only still kneeling and then stands up again, but he was actually kneeling at a different symbol located at the bottom of the circle. (01:25:50)

Continuity mistake: At the James S. McDonnell Space Hangar, the entire information booth that is directly behind Jetfire (it was seen close-up when Leo walked out of the bathroom with his pants down) has vanished as he exclaims, "Behold the eternal glory of Jetfire!" (01:21:00)

Continuity mistake: As Jetfire transforms, Simmons orders everyone to hide by the Mig, and as they run to it the tall lighting pole is positioned in the open area between Jetfire's enclosure and two red-trimmed glass showcases. But when Jetfire begins to ask, "What sort of hideous mausoleum is this?" that tall pole is now between the two showcases and there are metal posts with red rope suddenly surrounding it. Then when Jetfire breaks out of the hangar, the lighting pole and metal posts have all vanished. (01:23:05)

Continuity mistake: After Leo uses the taser on the security guard in the bathroom, the guard is sprawled out on the floor with his left arm lying beside him and the TP roll above his arm, but next shot the guard's arm is up parallel to his shoulder, with the TP roll now between his arm and torso.
