Continuity mistake: During the battle strategy meeting around the table, Sansa wears the long silver chain and circle neckwear, and the long chain changes the way it is placed through the circle. Sansa's chain is put through the circle in a way that's over and under in most shots, but when Jon explains that if the dragons are in the field they won't be able to protect Bran, the long chain is put through the circle the opposite way, under and over. In the first shot, the bus license plate is white with the number "2IAB345" and we see markings on the bus as the counselor exits. The second closer shot shows two kids exiting the bus. Then in the third wideshot, with those same two kids beside the door, the license plate is now blue with the number "876QPD" and we see the same markings on the bus as in the first shot, so we know it's the same bus. Continuity mistake: While Dantalian tries to steal the Book of Shadows from the attic Piper and Phoebe surprise her, then when Phoebe kicks Dantalian and she falls we see the stuntwoman's footwear has chunky sole ridges, but when the sisters approach Dantalian her shoes have heels. (00:32:10)

Continuity mistake: When Prue shows her sisters the article in 415 Magazine with her photo credit, in the closeup we see that Prue opens the magazine with the article and Maggie's photograph on the page to the right, but in the next shot facing Piper and Phoebe the magazine is folded open and they're looking at the page to the left with an entirely different page to the right. Continuity mistake: While Andy and Darryl are at the station talking about why Andy's been "walking around...like a zombie," Andy places a pencil behind his ear, but when it cuts to Inspector Blakely walking in behind Andy the pencil has vanished between shots, but it reappears again in the next shot. Then when Andy borrows the photograph of the knife, once again the pencil vanishes between the closeup and wideshot. (00:09:10)

Continuity mistake: After the gang's encounter with the hermit they head back to the Mystery Machine, and when Fred opens the passenger door in the wideshot its colors are the usual blue, green, and orange, but in the closeups the door's exterior is solid green. The style of the door handle is also different in the closeups.
