Continuity mistake: After Beth and Greg tell Jim that they want to take on the US government, it cuts to everyone gathering for dinner, and in the next closeup we see the bulletin board with signs pinned to it, but when Susie bumps into Claude in the shots facing him both signs on the board change. Continuity mistake: When Jake handcuffs himself to Captain Holt, the cuffs around each of their wrists consists of double metal bars connected to a single bar. The direction of the handcuffs changes a few times, going round their wrists the opposite way, which is quite impossible. Then the same thing occurs when Boyle handcuffs himself to Holt. (00:09:35)

Continuity mistake: When Ben says Monica's name she's holding the Minute Maid juice box, but in Ben's closeup the juice box is on the table, though it's back in Monica's hand in the next shot. (00:08:50)

Continuity mistake: When Sophie greets Rosie and Tanya at the dock and hugs them both, Sophie's arm is under Rosie's arm in the shots facing the boat, but in the shot facing Sophie her arm is around Rosie's shoulders.

Continuity mistake: When Mitch and Matt are on the jetski headed out to the burning boat, Mitch tells Matt to take the throttle, and we see both of Mitch's hands remain on the steering, but in the next shot Mitch has the rescue can's shoulder strap hanging across his chest, which has suddenly appeared between shots. Continuity mistake: While Arthur tries to convince Spence about the card, when Spence bites into the fake cookie he's holding it in his left hand and holding the plate in his right hand, but in the next shot facing Arthur the items have switched hands. (00:16:30)

Continuity mistake: At Skull Rock, when Captain Hook is swallowed by the crocodile Smee conks him on the head, and while Hook is underwater note that he has a left hand and his hook is at his right side, but it should be the opposite way. (00:45:00)

Continuity mistake: After Sabrina gets off the phone with Faylon, when she leaves her hotel room we see the exterior side of the door and its door knob. Later, when Sabrina returns to her room the doorjamb/casing, wall, and door knob are not the same in the closeup as she fiddles with the lock. Sabrina's ring vanishes in the closeup as well. Continuity mistake: When Indy comes face-to-face with Hitler he hands over Henry's diary with its black elastic around the back cover, but in the closeup as the signature is being signed the elastic is around the front cover, then it's around the back cover again when Indy takes the diary back.

Continuity mistake: The mine cart Willie pushes and then climbs into does not have an actual braking mechanism at the bottom of the braking pole, but after Indy joins Willie and Shorty in the mine cart there's a sudden appearance of a metal braking mechanism, which is attached to the pole and base of the cart, for use during the chase.

Continuity mistake: When Lao Che's goons toss Indiana onto the dish cart, in the next shot just as Indy notices the rolling vial on the floor and reaches out to it, at the top left of the screen we see broken dishes and broken remnants of the band's podium lying on the floor, but the problem is the goons haven't yet pushed Indy's cart into the podium, which happens three shots later.

Continuity mistake: During the mine cart chase, in the first wideshot of Shorty being pulled between the two carts where we see the lava under Shorty, this is a flipped shot. Note Indy's ripped sleeve is at his left side instead of his right, and the stripe on the Thuggee's turban is the opposite direction than it should be.

Continuity mistake: After Wu Han is shot there's a closeup of the gun in Chen's hand, and as the camera slowly pans up to Chen's face note the carnation is on Chen's right lapel, though in the previous and following shots Chen's boutonnière is on his left lapel. The closeup is a flipped shot.

Continuity mistake: When Short Round rams the car into the back of the rickshaw, in the next shot facing the rickshaw driver we can see that he loses his right shoe (viewer's left) just as he's lifted into the air, but his shoe returns in following shots. (00:12:05)

Continuity mistake: When Willie and Shorty get to the rope bridge they start walking out and Shorty starts jumping on it, then in the next shot the sunburn on Willie's back is significantly worse and her hair differs. In the second shot it's presumably her stand-in.

Continuity mistake: While hanging onto the fallen bridge, both Mola Ram and Indy are pulling Indy's bag with the Shankara Stones, and note that this bag has three drain holes underneath instead of just two drain holes, which it normally has.

Continuity mistake: When Indy tries to grab the antidote vial from the table, in the closeup just as the vial falls off the table the camera follows the vial as it lands in the empty area to the left of Lao Che's chair where Kao Kan's chair should be, but it's not, and the rug's edge with wood floor beside Lao Che's chair though it shouldn't be. Then Indy hits Kao Kan who is again seated closely to Lao Che's left, as he should be, and when Kao Kan falls backward we see the rug edge is nowhere near Lao Che's chair, also as it should be. Continuity mistake: At Club Obi Wan, Indy reminds Lao Che that Kao Kan tried to get Nurhachi without payment, and when Kao Kan raises his hand we see the gauze wrapped around his palm with a strip from his thumb area going diagonally down to his wrist, but in the next shot the gauze strip is wrapped diagonally from the opposite direction.

Suggested correction: Actually it appears the vial falls to the left of Kao Ken's chair, not Lao Che's. It appears after Indy pierces the other guy with the shishkebab, Kao Ken, off camera, takes the vial and puts on his left side. Indy jumps on the table and after missing the vial he slides further and then elbows Kao Ken who is on the right side now. The vial is still on the left side of Kao Ken's chair when it's kicked onto the wooden floor.

You're very much mistaken. Lao Che is wearing an embroidered dinner jacket and has a pinky ring on his left pinky, and Kao Kan's left hand is bandaged in gauze. After Indy skewers Chen, in the closeup of Indy's hand just as it knocks the vial off the table, it's Lao Che's hand (note the pinky ring, etc) that we see on the table next to Nurhachi's urn, the stack of money, and the vial. That is not Kao Kan's hand/arm, remember his left hand is bandaged. And as this closeup continues to pan down it follows the vial as it lands on the floor in the empty space where Kao Kan's chair should be, but it isn't.

Yep, you're right I see it. There are 2 shots of Indy trying to grab the vial off the table and the second one is followed through with the vial falling off it and that one is wrong. Alright.
