Continuity mistake: Sarah awakens on the trash heap in the close-up and after she looks at the peach she is seen again on the pile of trash. Before the Junk Lady moves, the things around her are quite different in both shots. (01:10:00)

Continuity mistake: Sarah wears her ring on her right hand. However as Sarah begins to climb the ladder in the tunnel after she answers, "You're right," when she puts her right hand on the rung above her, the ring is gone, but it's back in the following shots. (00:37:15)

Continuity mistake: When Sarah and Hoggle run, as the cleaners race up the tunnel, Hoggle trips and Sarah helps pull him up. In the shot from behind Sarah holds his arm with her right hand and pushes on his back with her left hand. Yet in the consecutive shot facing the cleaners her left hand holds his hand as they begin to run. (00:36:05)

Continuity mistake: In the tunnel as the cleaners approach, Sarah and Hoggle fall with the door as it slams to the ground near the ladder. The bottom of the ladder is surrounded by the broken door as well as other debris. When Hoggle and Sarah climb the ladder, one of the ladder rungs fall and there is a shot of the bottom of the ladder, but the debris at the bottom differs from the previous shot. Continuity mistake: When Ludo is hanging upside down, while the nasty little guards taunt him, the line that is tied to the tree root is seen and the knot end is different throughout these shots. (00:41:55)

Continuity mistake: Depending on the angle of the shots, things on top of the changing table and its shelves behind Toby's crib change position or disappear. The string toy that hangs in Toby's crib changes and also changes position. The wicker hamper basket changes position and the clothes that hang from it change as well. (00:07:00)

Continuity mistake: In her father's bedroom when Sarah says, "And the young girl was practically a slave," Lancelot is seen behind her on the bed as she gets up. Yet when Sarah says, "And she was hurt by the harsh words of her stepmother..." the bear is now at the edge of the bed. (00:07:35 - 00:08:25)

Continuity mistake: When Sarah holds Toby and says, "Knock it off, come on. Stop it. Stop it," her ring is on her middle finger. However in the wide shot, still holding Toby, she says, "I can bear it no longer..." her ring is now on her ring finger. (00:08:30)

Continuity mistake: When Sarah's father talks to her when she is in her bedroom, there is a shot of the door and the walls at both sides. One wall can be seen in the reflection as Sarah sits at the vanity table in more than one shot. When Sarah runs out of her bedroom to retrieve Lancelot the walls are seen again. The position of certain things in all shots change or disappear altogether. (00:06:20)

Continuity mistake: Sarah picks up the rocks that have rolled towards her, in order to save Ludo. The leaves in the corner area that the rocks are in are arranged differently in the close-ups and wide shots. (00:42:00)

Continuity mistake: In the park, Sarah looks up when she hears thunder and in the front shot the headpiece ribbons are in front of her left shoulder. In the next back shot both sides are behind her shoulders, yet in the following front shot the left ones are in front again. (00:03:35)

Continuity mistake: When Hoggle jumps off the huge metallic robot, we see him land parallel to the foot of the robot as he lies on the ground. When Sarah runs to him, Hoggle's head is now right up against the foot, while he lies there. Yet in the next shot as Sarah asks if he's alright, still lying on the ground, he is not near the giant foot. (01:17:50)

Continuity mistake: When Sarah reaches Jareth's throne room, before she says, "Oh no," there is a wide shot of the room. When she says, "That's the only way he ..." things in the room have changed position. (01:26:40)

Continuity mistake: The inside of the front door of Wendy's house changes completely in different shots. 1. The interior shot after Wendy wakes up. 2. The exterior shot of Wendy standing in the doorway with the Lost Boys. 3. When Wendy wakes up aboard the Jolly Roger and opens the door. 4. When Wendy leaves the Jolly Roger and Hook waves goodbye. Continuity mistake: In Hook's stateroom, he speaks with Wendy, dries her tears and moves some of her hair behind her shoulder. Her hair changes position in the following shots. Throughout the film Wendy's long hair changes position in many consecutive shots. (01:02:10)

Continuity mistake: After Wendy admits to being Red Handed Jill, Peter walks towards her and begins to overwhelm Wendy with his blade and knocks her sword out of her hand. In the first couple of shots facing John, Michael and Lost Boys, they are positioned a certain way. Yet when Peter's blade is at Wendy's throat the boys are positioned very differently. (01:05:25)

Continuity mistake: In the nursery, as Tink pushes the books off the top shelf, in the close-up the wooden fan is seen leaning against the books on the middle shelf. Then as Peter flies towards the hallway following Tinker Bell he passes the bookcase and the fan is gone. Yet when Peter tells Wendy about meeting Tink at Kensington Gardens the fan is back. Books on the middle and bottom shelf change in these and other shots too. (00:12:35 - 00:19:10)

Continuity mistake: Peter, Wendy and the boys are on the cloud looking down on the Jolly Roger when Wendy comments, "She must do 12 knots under full sail." In this wide shot we see Noodler standing at the snow topped rail between the cannons. John then views Noodler in a close-up and the snow is different, there are lines lying on top of the cannons, etc. (00:29:55)

Continuity mistake: Smee opens the door to Hook's stateroom, calls out, "Cap'n?" and from the exterior we see the large globe to the left. When Smee walks in, the globe is seen again from the other side, but the globe shows the exact same region and markings as when it was seen from the doorway. (00:27:35)

Continuity mistake: When Smee places the pocket watch down on Hook's desk, in the close-up Hook smashes it twice and pieces of glass, metal, etc. go flying everywhere. Yet in the next front shot the loose parts are positioned differently when Hook is about to smash it a third time. (00:27:55)
