Continuity mistake: At Nuovo Vesuvio, Artie pours some Candolini for himself and Tony, then sets the bottle down with the back label (it has the barcode) facing out in the wide shot. In the next close-up, as Ralphie sits down at the table, now the front label of the Candolini is facing out, but when Tony gets up to leave, the bottle reverts to the back label facing out in the wide shot.

Continuity mistake: In the morning, while Janice waits outside in the car, Livia starts to criticize Tony, and when Tony rushes out of the house, in the interior shot there’s a screen door. Then, in the next exterior shot, the screen door has vanished, and now the front door has a deadbolt cylinder as well as a door knob back plate.

Continuity mistake: After Carmela heads out, Tony grabs a Dove bar from the freezer and takes a seat at the counter. When Tony unfolds the Waste News, its front page changes between the close-up and side shots. The same thing happens between shots when Tony opens to the second page of the newspaper.

Continuity mistake: When Tony is with Fran in her apartment, he's wearing an abstract pattern polo. Then they drive to the racetrack. At the racetrack, Tony's shirt is the same style, but the pattern is different. Then, when Tony is with Hesh, his polo reverts back to the original pattern.

Continuity mistake: Tony, Carmela, and the kids end up at Nuovo Vesuvio during the storm. When Artie serves the dinner, AJ picks up a piece of pasta with his fingers, and in the shot facing Tony as he reaches across the table to AJ, he's holding his dinner knife, but in the next shot facing AJ, it's a fork in Tony's outstretched hand, not the knife.

Continuity mistake: When Tony shows up at Livia's house with a bouquet of flowers, in the exterior shot note the transparency of the screen door's glass, the front door silver-color knob with its back plate, as well as the deadbolt cylinder. As Tony enters the doorway in the next interior shot, we cannot see out through the screen door's glass, the door knob is gold-color, and both the knob's back plate and the deadbolt cylinder have vanished.

Continuity mistake: At the hospital, when Agent Harris presents his business card in case Tony changes his mind, Harris holds his card at its bottom so it's up over his hand, but in the next shot facing Tony, Harris holds the card at its top so it's below his hand, and it continues this way in the next shot as Carmela takes it from his hand.

Continuity mistake: When Shepard pulls Johnny down the stairs, then seizes the boy menacingly, Frank points a shotgun at Shepard and tells him to let Johnny go. In the three close-ups of Frank, note the handcuff around his wrist. When Shepard tells Frank that he'll snap Johnny's neck, in the next medium shot facing Frank, the handcuff is around his wrist the opposite way, and then it reverts back to the original way. Continuity mistake: Doug En Vogue: While Doug is at the store, he tries to attain a new original look for himself. When he's looking at his reflection dressed as a rapper, the necklace with the word "RAP" is not a reversed image, but a moment later Doug's reflection is properly backwards as it should be.
