In the shot, we can see that really bad prosthetics have been added to his forehead, cheeks, nose and chin to make it appear as if his head is inflating. There is no reason for this comma to be here since there are no words shown before it. Clearly this was an unintentional error made when the subtitles were being typed out. The shot then cuts to the warden for a second, but when the shot cuts again, Ricky's arm has suddenly been completely removed from the warden's stomach.
