Deliberate mistake: When Deckard wakes up in Wallace Corporation, there is a wide shot of the platform he is on. All four corners of the platform are empty in the wide shot. Deckard then looks at Wallace's visual aids as they float away, and then realises Wallace is standing in the corner directly facing where he is sitting, speaking to him. This corner was empty in the wide shot, with no sign of Wallace. Wallace could not have entered in between shots because Deckard would have seen him approaching or at the very least, heard his footsteps. This was likely done intentionally as to not give Wallace's reveal away too early. (02:08:55)

She places her left hand on the driver seat, with her hand touching near the bottom of a metal plate attached to the side of the seat. Continuity mistake: When Wallace is feeling the newborn replicant, in the shot where he says "to preserve the clay", he moves his left hand around the replicant's face and the shot ends with his left thumb placed on the left side of her head. The shot then changes to another angle, and Freysa has suddenly appeared, approaching them. She could not have been out of frame in the previous shot, because there is a woman with goggles and a mask to the right of shot, and when Freysa approaches, she has already walked past the woman. Continuity mistake: Bartman Begins: Whilst Bart is reading The Simpsons Game manual, the shot is panning around him. In the background, there is a lamp post visible on the corner of the street. When Homer enters the scene later on, the lamp post has changed design.

Continuity mistake: Invasion of the Yokel Snatchers: Whilst Homer and Bart are watching the citizens being taken into the spaceship and Homer is asking where mall security is, there is a water fountain visible in the far background, and there is no-one standing next to it. The shot then cuts to the water fountain, where an alien is now beside it.

Continuity mistake: Bargain Bin: When the mothership flies over the Simpson house, Bart says this must be the level boss for this part of the game, at which point Homer puts on a pair of glasses to look busy. The mothership then starts firing on them and the family start running. When the shot cuts back to them after being fired at, the glasses Homer was wearing have disappeared.

Continuity mistake: When Luv and Deckard are in the car on the way to Off World, Deckard looks downwards to look at his restraints, but in the next shot, his head is not lowered and is now turning his head towards Luv. (02:19:00)

Other mistake: When K is shooting at the car Luv and Deckard are in, in the shot of Luv gasping and sparks flying due to the car being shot at, the co-pilot sitting on the right is shot in the head. The bullets that hit the co-pilot come in through the front windshield and the frame of the car beside it, as shown by the bullet holes made in the windshield and frame, and hit him in the side of the head. A blood splatter from where the co-pilot was shot can be seen on the windshield, but the angle of where the bullet comes in through the windshield and hits him on the head doesn't match where the blood splatters. The bullet comes in from the front of the car, hitting him on the front side of the head, but the blood splatter is seen on the windshield directly in front of him. If he has hit in the front side of the head, the blood splatter would come out through the back side of his head, and not hit the windshield. The only way the blood splatter going on the windshield could have been possible was if he was shot through the back of the head, and not through the side of the head. (02:19:55)
