Other mistake: Scouting the Port: Just after removing the portrait of Floyd's girlfriend on the wall, Trevor takes out a marker pen and starts drawing the heist plan with only that. The wall is then shown and a series of photographs, a classified document and strips of duct tape are visible on the wall with the drawings. The problem is, Trevor only had a marker pen on his hands. He was never shown sticking any of these items onto the wall.

Continuity mistake: When Mariette is with K in the replicant hideout just after he wakes up, there is a moment where Mariette is shown placing her hand on the side of K's face. It then cuts to a shot focusing on Mariette, where her hand has moved down to the side of his neck. (02:04:00)

Continuity mistake: When Luv swims back to the sinking car, the exterior shot shows her placing her left hand on a seat in front of her. The shot then cuts to inside the car, where it is now her right hand placed on a seat that is to her right. (02:24:00)

There is a shot outside of the car looking inside the car, where K has his hand around her neck and is holding onto the side of her face. Continuity mistake: When K and Deckard are standing outside Dr. Stelline's facility, Deckard asks K "who am I to you?" and K turns his head to face Deckard. The shot cuts to K, where his head is suddenly slanted at an angle. (02:29:15)

Continuity mistake: Just after Luv throws herself and K out of the car after he attempts to rescue Deckard, the two land in the water rising up against the sea wall. When Luv first kicks K, he is kneeling on the ground attempting to stand up. The shot then cuts to a different angle, where K is suddenly standing mostly upright. (02:22:20)

Continuity mistake: When Freysa is speaking with K, she raises his gun so that it is pointed at her. Just after she says "Dying for the right cause is the most human thing we can do", when the shot is on K, he lowers the gun slightly and it goes out of frame. It then cuts to a shot focusing on Freysa, where the position of the gun remains the same and doesn't change. The shot then cuts back to K at the same angle, where the gun is now visible at the the bottom of the frame, even though the gun didn't change position. (02:06:25)

Continuity mistake: When K looks over to notice Freysa and the other replicants approaching him, Mariette has her hand near K's neck with her finger against his face. The shot then cuts to angle behind K where her hand is now around his neck. (02:04:05)

Continuity mistake: In the replicant hideout, when Freysa is approaching K, the shot where Mariette tells K he can trust them, she has her hand around the back of his neck, but when the shot cuts to a different angle, her hand is suddenly near the front of his neck and moving away. (02:04:15)

Luv walks up to the emanator and the light on the button is suddenly not on. Luv then raises her foot to stomp on it and the light is switched back on again. (02:00:35)

When he is walking around the counter, he is holding the glass bottle around the middle, but in the next shot, he is holding the glass bottle near the bottom. (01:51:40)

Continuity mistake: When Luv is having her fingernails done in her office, the wide shot shows her hand placed on a rest, with her fingertips touching the edge of the rest. It then cuts to a close-up of her hand where her fingers are now going over the edge of the hand rest. (01:03:40)

Continuity mistake: When K takes the book listing the children at the orphanage off Mister Cotton, the book is open around the middle page where some pages are torn out. K then starts turning over pages leaving more pages on the right hand side than the left side. After Mister Cotton leaves the room, it then cuts back and the book is now suddenly back to being open around the middle of the book. (01:10:00)

Continuity mistake: When K is about to have sex with Joi using Mariette's body, whilst they are kissing there is a shot from behind K where Mariette has her hands around the back of K's neck. The shot then cuts to angle in front of K where Mariette now has her hand on K's chin. (01:29:30)
