Now You See Me (2013)
Continuity mistake: When the Horsemen discover the "Now You Don't" card, the first shot shows the edge of the card to be resting on the lining on the floor. When Daniel picks the card up, almost half of the card is shown to be resting on the lining in the floor. The same goes for the rose. (00:12:35)

Now You See Me (2013)
Continuity mistake: When Jack gives the man the $100 for figuring out his trick, he leaves, walks down a flight of steps and turns around a corner and walks by a mysterious man. In the next shot, he is shown walking past the exact same corner at the edge of the steps a second time. (00:05:10)

In the shot where a teacher comes and says "Mason, silver-medal winner", he is shown taking off one picture from the display and lowers it. Agent Carter (2015)
Continuity mistake: Daniel enters the meeting room in the office and places a file and some documents on the desk. In the first shot, he is shown placing the red file on the desk with some other documents placed on top of it. The shot changes to a shot of Daniel, and the other documents placed on top of the file are no longer visible. The red file is still there. (00:06:05)

Stewie, Chris & Brian's Excellent Adventure - S13-E7
Factual error: In the episode, the Titanic is shown to have sunk the same day it left England. The actual Titanic left England on April 10th and didn't sink until the night of April 14th, almost four days later. (00:11:40 - 00:15:30)

Agent Carter (2015)
Continuity mistake: When the alarm in the office goes off, there are clocks visible around the alarm. The time on the New York clock is 10:40. About 15 seconds later, as the agents go into the meeting room, the New York clock has gone back 5 minutes to 10:35. It is definitely the same clock because the alarm is visible next to it. (00:03:40)

Agent Carter (2015)
Character mistake: When the office receives a code red alert, there is a close-up shot of the alarm, where there are two clocks next to it. One of the clocks represents New York time. The other represents London time. The clock representing New York reads the time as 10:40 and the clock representing London reads the time as 4:40. The time difference between New York and London is 5 hours, not 6 (occasionally 4 due to DST). (00:03:40)
Suggested correction: London is five hours ahead of New York normally, but Episode 5 takes place on April 25, 1946, so it is reasonable to assume Episode 1 takes place not long before that. England went on British Summer Time on April 14, 1946, while New York didn't go on Daylight Savings Time until April 28, 1946, so from April 14 to April 28, 1946, London was 6 hours ahead of New York, so the clocks would be correct.

Earthquake (1974)
Revealing mistake: After failing to spin the loop in the motorcycle the first time, Miles tries again. He starts driving towards the loop, and after he finishes the first half, if you look carefully, the bike then falls out of the loop. For the rest of the scene, he continues to ride the bike around the second half of the loop anyway. The shot of him riding towards the loop was probably a previous take.

Earthquake (1974)
Continuity mistake: Miles is attempting to spin through a loop on his motorcycle. The first time he performs the stunt, he drives half way and falls out of the loop and lands on the ground. As soon as he and the bike land, the bike is positioned with the bike's wheels facing away from the loop. Miles is then helped up and the bike has suddenly shifted 180°, with the wheels now facing towards the loop.

Lego Marvel Super Heroes
Bug: Sand Central Station: In the first area of the level, Iron Man and the Hulk have to walk up to the Central Station whilst taking out the sand people up until they reach a huge truck between them and the museum. There will be two huge green levers for the Hulk to pull on. If the level is on Free Play and a standard sized character is standing between the huge green levers and you instantly switch to the Hulk standing in that same position, the Hulk will become stuck and won't be able to run or move away. He will be only able to rotate around in circles.

LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes
Other mistake: Throughout Gotham, almost anywhere the character goes is crowded with the Joker's goons and henchmen who come to attack and attempt to kill the current character being played. However, if the character currently being played is The Joker himself, the goons and henchmen will still attack and attempt to kill him anyway.
Suggested correction: Several times, you can see that the thugs are not the Joker's goons.

The Simpsons Game (2007)
Continuity mistake: Bartman Begins: After Bart has stopped Jimbo, Jimbo is telling him to stop freaking him out with his abilities. As he says this, beside Jimbo is a dinosaur coccyx positioned on a purple part of the floor. Jimbo then tells him they are henchmen and the coccyx has moved to a blue part of the floor.

The Simpsons Game (2007)
Other mistake: Bartman Begins: Homer and Bart are in a dinosaur exhibit, trying to get Bart to fly off the dinosaur skeleton to the other side, whilst also fighting off some guards, and the exhibit continues through the next room where they are stopping Dolph. In these parts of the level, night time is visible outside of the windows - it is supposed to be day time during this level.
