Continuity mistake: The morning after Max sleeps with Fanny, after she sits on the bed after trying to creep out of the room, a strand of hair is over her eye. The shot cuts to Max, but when the shot cuts back to Fanny, the strand of hair is no longer over her eye without it being touched.

Other mistake: The Land of Chocolate: Homer starts off in The Land of Chocolate with the Population sign behind him. Homer then runs about 40 yards and runs into the village of Fudgetown. When the level starts, if you go the wrong way from what you are supposed to, you can see the Land of Chocolate population sign only a couple of yards away from where you start.

Continuity mistake: When Michael Jackson returns to Purgatory, keep an eye on Patrick Swayze. He is shown sitting on the left hand side of the front row. His clothes change from the black shirt and pants he wore in Dirty Dancing to a black fleece with a grey shirt and lighter grey pants. This clothing change occurs multiple times throughout the scene. Continuity mistake: When Geoff is shouting at Donald, Jacqueline and Noreen for not getting anything right at crosswords, the people who walk behind them in the background keep changing between shots. It starts when Donald says "Quite saucy for a cartoon", a female hotel worker walks past them in the background. We can see the woman walking in the background when Geoff says "You're all sitting here talking rubbish". About 2 shots later, the female worker in the background is now much closer to them but still walking off. Then in the shot where Geoff says "Course it matters!", a male hotel worker and a woman in a bikini behind them walk past them. About 3 shots later, those exact same two people are seen walking past them again.
