The Art of the Duel - S2-E34

Plot hole: Jaden activates Miracle Fusion, allowing him to fuse the Elemental Heroes Flame Wingman and Sparkman in his graveyard to summon Shining Flare Wingman. However, Flame Wingman was never sent to Jaden's graveyard. He activated De-Fusion (allowing him to summon Avian and Burstinatrix) when it was about to be destroyed, which meant Flame Wingman was sent back to his deck and not his graveyard. (00:17:13)

Rah, Rah Ra! - S2-E33

Other mistake: Franz gives up 1000 life points to destroy all monsters on Jaden's field, going from 2200 to 1200. Later, Franz activates Winged Dragon of Ra's secret ability, allowing him to sacrifice all but 1 life point to add it to Ra. However, when this happens, his life point count starts at 4000, when it was 1200 earlier. Ra gains 1199 attack points, so it does gain the correct number of points, but it was still wrong for the life point count to read 4000. (00:12:45 - 00:14:30)

Magnetic Personality - S2-E30

Other mistake: Jaden throws his fishing hook at the ocean, and it lands on Aster's steak. When Jaden goes to pull it back to him thinking it's a fish, Aster snaps the hook from the fishing rod, leaving the hook attached to the steak. Aster then continues eating the steak, but the hook cannot be seen inside it, even though it was never removed from the steak. (00:02:57)

Magnetic Personality - S2-E30

Other mistake: When Jaden yanks Aster's steak into the air after mistaking it for a fish, Aster snatches the steak back with his fork. However, the steak had already been pulled into the air, so it would have been impossible for him to reach it. (00:02:56)

Continuity mistake: When the three Ra Yellow students are leaving the dorm, whilst one of them says to Bastion that he'll have the place to himself, the student has his head pointed downwards. In the next shot, his head is upright. (00:00:50)

Let's Make a Duel - S2-E29

Continuity mistake: When Alexis realises Bob is the loser who has been sending her all those love letters, Bob awkwardly moves back. At this moment, Jaden is standing 90° perpendicular to Alexis and Bob. But in the next shot, when Alexis advances on Jaden, he is suddenly facing her directly. Alexis is also suddenly facing Jaden directly in this shot, even though she was facing Bob in the shot prior. (00:04:22)

What a Doll! - S2-E28

Audio problem: After Alice has explained that she transferred to Duel Academy, Syrus starts saying "What do you mean, you transferred? The only way into this school is to pass...", before getting interrupted by Hassleberry. Syrus was drinking a cup of tea whilst saying this, but he had no problem speaking. (00:03:02)

Obelisk White? - S2-E18

Stupidity: Chazz returns two cards to his deck and redraws another two cards using Magical Mallet. Alexis appears to recognise the two cards (Armed Dragon LV10 and White Vale) calling them "Two very powerful cards." Chazz then summons Armed Dragon LV10 and equips it with White Vale. Alexis attempts to activate a trap, but is surprised to find out she can't, to which Chazz replies the White Vale protects his Armed Dragon, but if she already recognised the card, then she should be aware of this. Obelisk White? - S2-E18

Other mistake: When Chazz summons Armed Dragon LV3 in attack mode, the Life Point display is shown to display the monster's attack points, rather than the Attack Point display that is usually shown. (00:06:55)

Homecoming Duel: Part 2 - S2-E16

Other mistake: Jaden tells Aster that Elemental Hero Flare Neos gains 400 attack points for every spell and trap card on the field, and since there are 4 spells and traps out, then Flare Neos gains 1600 attack points. The attack points of Flare Neos then go from 2500 up to 4200. This is 1700 points, not 1600. (00:15:40)

Homecoming Duel: Part 2 - S2-E16

Stupidity: Jaden uses the power of contact fusion to fuse Elemental Hero Neos and Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab to summon Elemental Hero Flare Neos without Polymerization. Aster shouts "That's against the rules", but in the previous episode, he saw Jaden summon Elemental Hero Aqua Neos in the exact same way, so he should be aware of this. Or at the very least, this shouldn't be a surprise to him. (00:15:05)
