Continuity mistake: Everyone is waiting to know what happened to their fellow team member in the snow. Suzumori is leaning with her hand against the window on what turns out to be the right part of a double door. Continuity mistake: At dinner, look at the close-up of the table shown when they mention that the 'tune-up guy' fractured his leg last year. The guy with the blue sweater, Yukioka, has a full glass of orange juice in front of him and the spoon in the saucer is pointing towards him. Kindaichi butts in making everyone uncomfortable, and in the overhead view of the table the glass is nearly empty and the spoon turned around. (00:05:10)

Continuity mistake: Onizuka is on his bike with Mizuki after she utterly murdered the sushi plate. He is still reminiscing about the sweet prime cut tuna while he is at the traffic lights. Several people cross the street; there is a family with a little kid, and a guy in a denim jacket. In the wide shot it's clear that the family is to the guy's left, but in the tighter angle the guy passes them by on the opposite side. (00:34:00)

He is then trying to tell Rosemary something in front of the elevator, but Smitty next to them seems to sorta hinder them. Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie, Finch hops on the boom platform to start his day as window cleaner. His fellow co-worker on the platform is a guy with a big pompadour. A minute later Finch breaks into his song (and into the building) and his co-worker is now a different man with shorter hair. (00:03:35)

Continuity mistake: When the chief of personnel Mr. Bratt leads Miss Hedy LaRue towards the stairs, a woman in an orange and beige dress is moving down the same stairs. In the close-up of the derrière of Maureen Arthur the aforementioned woman is coming down the stairs again and starting from one of the top steps. (00:31:35)

Continuity mistake: During the coronation ball, Poirot explains that the murder must have not been intimate enough with the victim to tamper with the heart tonic. As he says that, his pince-nez are on his lap, but they are in his breast pocket a moment later, and it switches position again when it gets back to the same camera angle. (01:29:30)

Continuity mistake: When Lennox picks the wristwatch from his mother's lap showing the actual events, the natural light of the scene is entirely different between shots - the skirt is sunlit in close-up, in the shade in the other angle. (01:25:45)
