Continuity mistake: The main character is trying to convince her angry Japanese boss/slaver/boss to let her kid go. When he tells her "You WILL die in that room tonight" her left hand is on her thigh in the first shot, her chest in the second. (00:10:45)

Continuity mistake: Everly opens the surprise as instructed, and tosses away in horror the lid of the gift box. The lid falls off the armchair, and yet a few seconds later, with nobody else alive in the room and the protagonist that never stopped freaking out on her knees, someone picked it up and it sits by the box. Continuity mistake: The blood trickling from Sergeant Howie's mouth in the finale changes length, in particular when he is helpless in a full nelson - in close-up it's almost halved in size.

Continuity mistake: Three women begin to repeatedly prod with sticks Howie dressed as Punch. In the very first shot, the one before they break out from the group to rush him, the natural light is different, as shown by the different angle of the shadows.

Continuity mistake: When Mickey is being interviewed for the yearbook, watch out for students that walk in his opposite direction. There are obvious recycled extras appearing in multiple shots coming from the same direction, such as the blonde with checkered top paired up with a guy in a blue shirt. (00:09:00)

The casino guy moves his hand from chin to collar, but in the next shot he's back leaning against his palm with his chin. Continuity mistake: Janet escorts the two rich clients to their cabin, which happens to be literally next door. Forgetting the fact that it looks nothing like the luxury quarters of a plane, let alone a casino with millionaire bets, she closes the door, but then she comes out of the door that is still open. Continuity mistake: The position, timing, and persistence of the green lights/auras induced by the 'storm' of green goo appear inconsistent throughout the scene. (00:14:00)

Continuity mistake: Janet and the tech guy are copulating on the kitchen counter. We see them through one of the airplane window, then the camera angle changes, and they are doing it with a solid wall as background. (00:13:55)

Continuity mistake: First play, a couple wins $500,000. The flight attendant/croupier puts down 5 piles of red fiches. In the close-up where she completes the action, you can see on the table the glass the woman was drinking from a split-second before, and there's an orange chip that wasn't there. The player at the end of table is also holding his glass with a single hand and not two. (00:09:15)

Continuity mistake: After hitting the crossbar, Misugi turns around to look at Tsubasa, who eerily teleported meters away in a zone of the pitch far away from the one he was standing on earlier. (00:09:35)

Continuity mistake: Stripes and bangs of one of Misugi's female supporters in the crowd change again like they did in the previous episode, this time to a third different pattern. Continuity mistake: Misugi manages to block the "Golden Combi" intercepting Misaki's pass to Tsubasa. His cheerleaders voice their appreciation; next to a girl that wears a "JUN" T-shirt, there's her friend with a striped red and white tee. Too bad that it's entirely different stripes than before, from being of the same size to very thick whites and thin reds. (00:18:25)
