Continuity mistake: When Kindaichi strips Midori, he yanks the bra completely off the breast bringing it all the way below the ribcage. That's in the front views, because in the back view merely the shoulder strap is lowered, the rest of the undergarment is perfectly horizontal and unperturbed.

Continuity mistake: Eiji just left to get help through the lake. When Miyuki says "Not really" on the topic of jealousy, the sheets are pulled all the way up to her chin, but they are lower in the following shot. (00:06:45)

Continuity mistake: When Kindaichi and the others talk with the mature couple, the president is wearing a purple-ish jacket and a red shirt. At dinner, they make a comment about Miyuki and Eiji Touno being a couple. From behind, the president is wearing his jacket, but from the front he's just wearing the red shirt. (00:09:40)

Continuity mistake: Wendy falls asleep after Van called out an unfamiliar name. Between the two shots when this happens, the hair on her forehead is drawn in completely different positions. (00:08:30)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, Nero pours himself some booze. There's a discontinuity between the two shots - he's got the bottle in hand all of a sudden and the glass is suddenly there. Additionally, throughout the scene the same glass appears and disappears and the bottle is turned in a direction and then the opposite multiple times. (00:01:55)

Continuity mistake: Wendy has to get on her tiptoes to reach the counter at the hotel lobby. However, when she looks at Carmen99 talking to Van, she reaches the counter comfortably without having to do so. (00:03:25)

Continuity mistake: After Van is hit by the bullet in the heart, we see the citizens of Evergreen that are mobilizing. The two buses that act as gate to the village are positioned front to back, while in the rest of the episode they were and will be facing each other. (00:14:30)
