Continuity mistake: A sad Daphne stands from her bed and says "I guess I'm just on my own now." She sits at the computer, and in the very first shot her ambiguously shaped Hitachi microphone thingy is lying on the desk, in front of her yellow notebook. Close-up, and she fetches it right from on top of the notebook. (00:18:55)

Continuity mistake: Velma places the robot engine below the locker's lock. In close-up the wires at the top of the mechanism stick out in a curve ending up on the same level of the lock's bottom, but in wider shots that follow they are instead folded down. Of course it's just a minute detail when you consider that in other shots the engine is instead at the SIDE of the lock. (00:35:30)

Continuity mistake: When Daphne bends over to pick up the badge, two guys are crossing the screen moving left to right; one of them is a dude with a maroon vest and a green plaid shirt, the other one has a maroon sweater. When the chat about Daphne's lucky moment is over, they both walk in opposite direction in separate shots. A girl with purple clothes is also recycled, peeking in frame when Velma is briefly shown, and then in the same frame as Green Shirt Guy. (00:07:00)

Continuity mistake: Daphne and Velma's lab coat is a complete mess in the last shot of their fight, all of a sudden, and it's much less messy when they visit the principal (theoretically they could have changed coats offscreen, but then why showing up in the office with the dirty lab coat to begin with?). Continuity mistake: In the school hall, Daphne and Velma find Griffin zombiefied. In the shots with the widest camera angle (same as when the two buddies to discount Draco Malfoy arrive playing ball) Velma is wearing her cloud badge on her chest, above the overalls. It's on the overalls in the rest of the scene. (00:45:30)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the scene with the two girls on lunchlady duty, Griffin's friend Mike is juggling a football, followed by another friend with the same black letterman jacket. However, after the cut we find in that spot Griffin himself, in red, instead. One could say that maybe the ball juggler is not Mike but another guy with a crew cut, he's not wearing a bag, after all. Which brings to the subject of the other continuity mistake there; when Velma replies "You're only on top of the Bloom bracket because...", Mike is not wearing the bag that he was wearing in the other views. Continuity mistake: When Carola shows Daphne the Bloom Bracket waving her arm at it, there's a sudden cut in the middle of the gesture, and suddenly people in the corridor have changed position. Moreover, right before the camera cuts away one more time, a black person is walking on the left of the frame, and he is walking again behind Daphne a few seconds later (when she is staring at the board after the word "extracurriculars" is spoken). Continuity mistake: At the end of the first day at Ridge Valley High, the light flickers when Daphne is in the front of her locker. She closes it to investigate. The action spans across two separate shots, but she has her hand at different height. The first time her hand is on the lock, the second time much lower. (00:12:30)

Continuity mistake: Velma reluctantly agrees to Daphne's idea to check out of the mysterious locker. She says "We'll come up with something." Right part of the frame, and in the background there's an extra (black kid with a plaid white shirt) that is simultaneously also eating at the table in the reverse shot. (00:31:15)

Continuity mistake: At the car show, Costas approaches the female host reading the specification of the new vehicle. He flashes her badge and tries his usual pickup line. During the sequence, people with recognizable clothes pass behind him, and they never carry from one view to the next, they just disappear at the cut. (00:53:10)

Continuity mistake: At the precinct after the encounter with Madras, Pat Morita tells Jay Leno "You good cop and honorable man." Behind him, Dingman is seated, arm along the armrest, but when the inspector pops out of the office he is already leaning forward and ready to perform the arrest he ill be ordered a couple seconds later. Continuity mistake: Conversation across the car out of the bowling place. Costas sarcastically says "Well, with that kind of hard evidence we should get a conviction overnight" and pulls his hands back to open the door. But in the next shot, the hands are still on the car roof and he changes position only after. (01:01:10)

Continuity mistake: During the climactic car chase with Leno on a motorbike, the bike darts down the road along a store, and the villains shoot at him breaking a store window. A store window, singular, because the same window gets shot a couple times, just shown from a different angle. Same for other views of extras/stunt people diving out of the way/falling down, the window bit with the life preservers is the most obvious of course. (01:25:55)

Continuity mistake: Costas tells the agent that the mysterious person must have gotten out at the mezzanine.The clothing cart meanwhile passes, and its path crosses with a boy with an azure shirt. Wider shot follows, and the guy is still cutting into the path of the clothes valet, but he is in front of the hotel staffer by a significant margin. (00:22:30)

Continuity mistake: Chasing the Japanese detective, Jay Leno enters a mall. He approaches the photo shop hiding his face behind a small balloon, and walks towards the camera. Before the cut, two women move in frame, one wears pink, the other wears blue. Next shot and as he speaks with the girl at the counter the two women are again moving in frame, but they are behind him and starting off from a part of the mall they originally came from. Continuity mistake: When Costas gets pulled over at the beginning of the movie, he stops the car. Initially, between the brick building and the concrete one there's a road with no cars. In Jay Leno's close-up once he is asked "License and registration, please" behind his big head you can see a black and white car, and a couple police officers on the sidewalk. (00:05:00)

Continuity mistake: Garma deploys the Zeon Mobile Suits. The three Zakus descend in a different order in the various shots (the rightmost one is much closer to the ground at first, in midair it appears to be last but catching up, and then it changes again next). (00:14:00)

Continuity mistake: When Garma visits Char that is taking a shower, he has a pink report in hand. In the close-up, the paper is orange, with just a very small pink label on the front cover. Returns pink when he stands up to leave. Finally, just before he actually leaves, the document is back to the orange cover, this time with a pink label bigger than the first time. (00:21:50)

Continuity mistake: Fraw Bow hands soap and towels to a couple old men. The one behind her is wearing a blue suit with a green-ish bowtie. She looks around for Amuro, and when she finds him, Mr. Bowtie is wearing earthy colors, beige suit with a red tie. (00:03:00)

Re-Entry to Earth - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: Char in his close quarter clash with Amuro sinks his Heat Hawk in the Gundam' shield, creating a huge gash that almost breaks it. When Kom explodes and both are thrown to the side and separated, Amuro's shield has still the hole from the early phases of the battle but not the big gash at the top. (00:15:50)
