The letter R in 'Mark Talbot' is written with a full eyelet and the K has its oblique strokes that don't join together. In the next shot Dwayne is standing by the board and the writing changed. Besides small jumps in continuity that occur, the evidence bag does a 180° between shots. (00:05:30)

When she stretches on all fours, do your best to focus on the background instead; at the bar you can see 3 men having drinks. Those are Boris and his associates; it is footage recycled from the part that comes a minute later in the movie, when they leave the office and go see her number. (00:14:20 - 00:15:00)
