Continuity mistake: Episode 1-0, "The Murder of Sherlock Holmes"; Mr. Giles opens the door of the antechamber of his office, finally putting an end to Jessica's long wait. Grady right away at the first click of the lock takes his hands off his pockets and tidies up his sleeves. But in the next shot when Grady actually enters and talks to the secretary, Grady is still with his hands on his pockets repeating the gesture. (00:10:10)

Who Are You? - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When Reagan and Kate have the break-up talk, Reagan catches her in a lie and says "You just said you were on a call." Behind her, a man with a conspicuous shirt (black with red drawings on it) walks off, and is in a following shot walking down the street, leaving for good. Right before she says "All I ask for is a little honesty", several seconds later, the funny shirted man is back behind her. (00:34:05)

Continuity mistake: At the university, Sophie ends up chasing away anyone interested in Mary. She motions her to go and in a close-up says "Kinda looking for my future husband here." Behind her, a woman with a bike is walking right to left. In the next shot, the woman is walking starting from a point much further back than before, and even more noticeably, two girls calmly make their way halfway through the stairs and sit down...but they were already sitting there in that previous shot. Continuity mistake: The quantity of blood behind Batman's dummy changes; in the overhead shoot of the crowd it runs horizontally along the step for an area 3-4 inches wide, while in the subsequent close-up there's no such trim. (00:12:00)

Continuity mistake: Kevin and his daughter handed the invite for the dream-like contest to the protagonist. He shoos her away saying "Liv, don't you need some milk with that cookie?" His arms are crossed behind his back. Next shot and she is walking away from him with his hands crossed in front of his crotch. (00:02:20)

Continuity mistake: The English teacher enters the classroom for her first lesson. She writes her name on the blackboard. Her name is written in at least 2 different styles that randomly switch during the scene (easy to tell from the double underline; the two strokes connect with the circle of the capital initial of her name, or stop at the tail). Continuity mistake: When Reagan says "Sound like I have nothing to worry about" referring to Sophie, to the left of the frame a black couple meets a friend in a hug. In the next shot, they keep walking and Reagan says "I used to live there", passing by the same guy, not yet reached by the friend. (00:13:45)

Continuity mistake: In the first scene at Grandma's house, she wakes Nicole and Henry up early, and tells him to go make mom some coffee. Between shots there are different continuity errors; at first the sheet is rumpled, then the blanket is covering it entirely, then when Grandma leans in and kisses him you can notice Scarlett's right arm first on her chest then behind her back, and Azhy Robertson's chest is uncovered in the second shot when he was still under the blanket up to his neck earlier. Continuity mistake: During the sign-up for the app at the beginning the girl says "I want to be Sarah." Look at her hair; mostly in front of her left shoulder, just a couple locks on the right side of her face. At the cut, hair behind the left shoulder and a bigger right bang. Camera angles and hairstyles switch again back and forth. (00:02:30)

Continuity mistake: Gabby is just starting her assignment. She is looking at the women of the choir singing "Joy to the world"; she is standing at distance from the pews, but when it cuts to a closer view she has her hands on one. (00:10:00)

Continuity mistake: Eric's men completely trash the clinic's lobby; in particular they tear down the "Accettazione" sign. However when they finally leave, the place is still completely messy but the sign can be seen in the background when the snitch is spared his life and gets up. (00:08:20 - 00:09:45)

Continuity mistake: Kim's mom is setting the breakfast table. She dodges the drone once as she has two bowls in hand, and when the drone charges at her again she is already pouring cereals from the box in one. Moreover, the drone in the POV hits the box when she is holding chest - high, but in the following shot Alyson Hannigan is holding the box higher. (00:08:55)

Continuity mistake: Despite not having taken a sip from the champagne flute yet, the level in the glass when Lupin says "To my very own Marie Antoinette" is lower than the beginning (when he said "a cigarette saved my life"). (00:20:00)

Continuity mistake: Dementor is dissolving the Earth globe with the black slime; during the scene the shadows on the table keep changing. In particular there's a large round shadow floating over the goo roughly matching his head movement when he asks why it turned pink and sparkly, totally gone in close-up. (00:03:10)

The Left Hand of the Magician - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: When Luca is looking at Fujiko in the tiger cage for his quasi-stepbrother's act, he is gripping the chain-link fence. The fence is drawn in a strange way, seemingly missing several sections, but besides this animation oddity, it is clear that his right hand is in one shot next to large vertical metal bar (partially covered by it even) but in a different position in the side view that follows. Until Sunset, the Full Moon - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: The size of the brand on Elena's arm changes throughout the episode. When it's first noticeable and when later Zenigata points it out it is the size of an average band-aid, but in the close-up following the flashback it is way bigger, even factoring in the angle. Continuity mistake: Lupin expresses his last wish for a smoke, and as Nyx holds him at gunpoint asking if he has any trick concealed in the cigarette, pay attention to the left wall of the room and how part of the plaster is ruined and exposes the bricks underneath. In particular there's a smaller patch of bricks between the upturned table and the back wall. When later Nyx walks away, there is no such thing and that part of the wall has a much larger part where the plaster has been stripped off. (00:17:00 - 00:18:15)

Continuity mistake: At home at the beginning of the episode, Elena puts out a cigarette. She is sitting on the left part of the couch, pretty close to the armrest. When Lupin appears looming by the balcony door, she is sitting in the middle part of the sofa, the line between two pillows has even been drawn. (00:00:50)
