In this part of the scene as the editing switches back and forth between two main camera angles Tom Wilkinson has either his arms relaxed down his sides, or in front of his belly. (00:04:15)

In the close-up we see the foot tray bouncing off, pieces of lettuce fly and a clanging noise is heard.
