Factual error: The match between Vader and Jake the Snake is supposed to be taking place in Philadelphia, presumably the Spectrum, but the establishing shot of the building is actually the Great Western Forum in Inglewood, California.
Continuity mistake: When Topanga walks away upset from Cory, she closes her locker in such away that the bottom half of it is not flush with the frame. Moments later when Cory and Shawn are talking, the locker is fully closed.
Continuity mistake: When Mr. Feeny hands Cory the CD, Cory holds it between both hands. When the shot changes, he is holding it with only his right hand, while his left arm appears to be folded around his abdomen.
Other mistake: When Cory throws the CD out of his bedroom window, if you listen closely, you can hear the CD land in a soft terrain. However, the next day at school, Mr. Feeny pulls the CD out of his suit pocket and says that it sailed through his living room window and landed on his walnut credenza. If the CD managed to make all the way into Feeny's house, then the sound of it landing would not be audible.
Continuity mistake: When Gargoyle is standing in the doorway of the hospital room bidding farewell to Banner, they are standing at a straight angle respective to each other. When the shot changes, Banner has moved several feet to the left.(00:20:17)
Continuity mistake: When Abomination attacks Bruce Banner at the infirmary, he shoots him with a laser blast that leaves a hole in his shirt's chest area. In the next scene after Banner has been taken to Gargoyle's lair, his shirt is no longer damaged.(00:12:45 - 00:13:45)
Continuity mistake: When Gargoyle and Abomination are looting the electronics store and Gargoyle notices Bruce Banner walking by, a display stand appears next to Gargoyle in a close-up shot that is not there in wide shots.

Continuity mistake: When Betty is walking through the infirmary, she is walking past a bedridden man to his left. After he reaches out and grabs her by the arm, the shot changes and she is suddenly on his right.
Audio problem: When the government employee is saying "You are hereby ordered to accompany me to Detroit," his mouth and jaw are completely motionless.
Deliberate mistake: Chet comes home from his first day as school janitor brandishing a paycheck, which impresses his wife and in turn changes Shawn's mind about Chet working at the school. Being that it was Chet's first day on the job, there's no way he would already have received a paycheck. Even if it was payday, his employment would have begun on the first day of the next pay period.
Question: After Office Eggers lynches Melvin Peters in the streets, he is shown at his arraignment not long afterwards and given a $5,000 bail. Since the FBI had oversight of the case featured in this episode and Peters' murder was directly linked to the case, wouldn't Eggers be taken into FBI custody and consequently spend a longer time in lockup awaiting arraignment in front of a federal judge instead of the one from his own county?
Factual error: The package Scully receives lists her city, state, and zip code as Bethesda, Maryland 20880. While that is an actual zip code in Maryland, it is for Washington Grove, not Bethesda.
Continuity mistake: The age gap between Eric and Cory decreases as the series progresses. At the start of the show, Cory is in 6th grade and Eric is a high school sophomore, meaning they are four years apart, give or take a few months. By season 3, Cory is in 9th grade (confirmed by dialogue mentioning that Shawn, who is in the same grade as Cory, is 15 years old), and Eric is a senior, leading to an age gap of three years. The first episode of season 4 takes place a couple months after the end of season 3, with Eric and Cory returning from a summer Road Trip, but just two episodes later, Cory mentions that he is in 11th grade, while Eric is still barely out of high school, leading to an age gap of two years.
Continuity mistake: When Virna is standing in the doorway of the trailer, her left arm is touching the curtains near the door. When the shot changes, her arm is instantly down at her side.
