Deliberate mistake: As usual when the Hulk reverts back into Bruce Banner, he is left wearing nothing but tattered pants. When Mitch McCutcheon sneaks Bruce Banner into the nuclear research facility, Banner is shown wearing his usual outfit of a gray collared shirt tucked into purple slacks that are intact. Given that the Hulk was just in the middle of the Nevada desert, Bruce Banner would be in no position to have a change of clothes on him, and the idea that the top secret facility would have an exact match of his go-to outfit is ludicrous.

Audio problem: When Doc Samson is shaking hands with Betty Ross, he can be heard saying "Hats off to you for convincing Gamma Base to continue funding my research." His mouth is closed, while Betty is the one that appears to be talking.

Continuity mistake: When Hulk sets down Mitch McCutcheon's car, Mitch is holding his coffee mug with his right hand. When the shot changes to him driving away, the mug is on his dashboard. When the shot changes again, he is shown setting the mug down on the dashboard.

Continuity mistake: When the Hulk lands in the streets of Chicago after his battle with Ghost Rider, he is in the middle of the street. When the shot changes, he is suddenly next to the curb and a mailbox.

Other mistake: When the robot shoots the rocket at the helicopter, the pilot jumps out with a parachute merely a split second after the blast. It was a surprise attack, so it's not like the pilot saw it coming.

Continuity mistake: When Dr. Langkowski climbs into the large test tube to run the experiment on himself and Banner, he uses a hatch wheel to seal his tube closed. When the shot changes, the wheel has disappeared.

Continuity mistake: When Bruce and Jennifer get into her car to try and escape from the robots, they are both shown putting on their seatbelts. When the shot changes, they are suddenly not wearing seatbelts.

Continuity mistake: At the end when She-Hulk climbs into the backseat of the car, there is a section of the car next to the door window that turns from blue into the same yellow as She-Hulk's coat.

Continuity mistake: When Taylor discovers Sasquatch's footprints in the snow, they have no toe prints. When Taylor's father finds the same footprints, they now have toe prints.

Revealing mistake: When Hulk uppercuts Sasquatch into the ice wall, if you look closely you can see that Hulk's fist doesn't even make contact with Sasquatch.

Continuity mistake: Hulk is left with scorch marks on his chest after his first battle with Zzzax. The marks then disappear while he is fighting the Hulkbusters, and then reappear when Betty attempts to calm him down.

Continuity mistake: After Rick Jones finds Bruce Banner among the overpass wreckage, Bruce starts transforming into the Hulk and grabs some gray rubble, which immediately turns the same color as his flesh.

Deliberate mistake: When Cory calls Topanga from Missy's phone, he starts having a conversation with her as soon as he finishes dialing her number, with no time for the lines to connect.
