Trivia: Spoiler: Wesley Snipes appears in this film as Blade for the first time since 2004's Blade: Trinity, which co-starred Ryan Reynolds. Snipes reportedly had a contentious relationship with almost everyone while working on that film, although Snipes claims that he and Reynolds always liked each other. Snipes actually took to social media just a few days before this film was released to address secondhand statements about him by an acquaintance of Patton Oswalt, who also appeared in Blade: Trinity.

Trivia: SPOILER: Channing Tatum appears in this film as Gambit. Tatum was originally supposed to have a solo Gambit film in 2016 (the same year as the first Deadpool film). However, the film was continually delayed due to script rewrites, losing directors (including Rupert Wyatt, Doug Liman, and Gore Verbinski), and 20th Century Fox slashing its original $154 million budget after the financial failure of the 2015 Fantastic Four film. The film was ultimately canceled after Disney purchased Fox in 2019.

Trivia: According to Debbe Dunning on the Pod Meets World podcast, when casting for a new tool girl to replace the departing Pamela Anderson, the producers said they were looking for a Debbe Dunning-type, but not Debbe Dunning. She decided to audition anyway and was told to wear the same revealing outfit she wore as Kiki in a previous episode. When she arrived to audition, all the other hopefuls were wearing jeans and T-shirts, and Dunning was told the producers would not see her dressed that way.

Trivia: Debbe Dunning gained 52 lbs. while pregnant, which she attributed to craft services being readily available on set. She was told she would have to lose all that weight after having her baby, which she said she was able to do rather quickly.

Trivia: Season 4 of this show was review-bombed by angry conservative fans upon coming to the late conclusion that the show was a not-so-subtle mockery of their collective ideologies. Some of these same fans mistakenly believed that Homelander was supposed to be the hero. Homelander actor Antony Starr said these fans were missing the point.

Trivia: This show has a similar premise to the Showtime series Weeds, in which a working class parent enters the drug trade in order to provide for their family. Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan was unfamiliar with Weeds when pitching his idea and said he felt the blood drain from his face when network executives told him about Weeds. Fortunately for Gilligan, they felt the two series were different enough, and Breaking Bad is widely considered to be a superior show.

Trivia: Cedric Smith is the only living main cast member from the original animated series to not return for a role in this series. Catherine Disher, who voices Valerie Cooper in this series and voiced Jean Grey in the original series, and who also used to be married to Smith, doesn't believe Marvel even approached him about returning for this series, as he is now in his 80s and is retired.

Trivia: Maisie Williams plays Rahne Sinclair/Wolfsbane, who has the power to turn into a wolf. Williams achieved fame playing Arya Stark in Game of Thrones, whose family sigil is a direwolf. Trivia: Tim Allen got the idea of bringing Pamela Anderson back to guest in this episode after he ran into her in Las Vegas. Much like the plot of the episode, Debbe Dunning was very upset with Tim Allen over this decision. Dunning was later secured a background spot on Anderson's show Baywatch as recompense.
