Continuity mistake: When Storm is clearing the debris of the destroyed warehouse, Sabretooth is nowhere to be seen. A few shots later Sabretooth is visible. Sabretooth was unconscious so he could not have moved into view on his own. (00:17:55)

Continuity mistake: Magneto straps Wolverine to the port side of a boat and then drops the boat on a warehouse. When Gambit is freeing Wolverine, Wolverine is suddenly on the starboard side of the boat. After Gambit frees Wolverine, they are both shown to be on the boat's port side. (00:17:00 - 00:18:00)

Continuity mistake: When Mystique first impersonates Shard in order to fool Psylocke, both Mystique and the real Shard are missing the gun holster that is usually on top of Shard's right shoulder. When Pyslocke and Wolverine both state that they can see through Mystique's deception, the gun holster has suddenly appeared on Mystique's right shoulder. (00:15:50)

Continuity mistake: The length of the chain attached to the collar of Archangel's guard dog varies. When the dog is first shown, the chain is only shown to be around three feet long. However, Shard was inside the mansion and Gambit was outside when he said that, and he had never previously met her, so there was no way he could have known who she was without having even seen her or even that she was a time traveler. Revealing mistake: When Mr. Sinister is mocking Jubilee, take a close look at his neckline as he moves his head. The animators moved his neckline as he moved his head, but his shoulders stay in place, so his head and neck look like they are floating above his shoulders. (00:15:30)
