Continuity mistake: Immediately after Storm, Wolverine, Beast and Morph exit the Mutant Registration Center, Beast and Wolverine are shown to be running alongside Gambit and Cyclops. However, mere moments later, Gambit is shown to be blowing up a security fence so Storm, Wolverine, Beast and Morph can rendezvous with Gambit, Cyclops and Rogue. (00:06:45 - 00:07:20)

Continuity mistake: After Cyclops tells Gambit to blow up the fence and Rogue flies into frame, her headband and the patches on her uniform that are all normally black are now red. Additionally, the black encircled X on a red background on the left side of her chest is now a yellow X on a red background. (00:06:35)

Plot hole: Wolverine bails out on the mission to destroy the files at the Mutant Registration Center to instead go look for Jubilee after she goes missing. When the rest of the team arrives, Wolverine is already there waiting for them. They flew to the Mutant Registration Center in a jet and their mission briefing heavily implied that they needed to leave immediately, so there is no way Wolverine could have arrived before them if he was off looking for Jubilee first.

Continuity mistake: When Gambit says "You wanna play with Gambit? Here, take a card!" the glove on his right hand is missing, then is suddenly back on his hand when he says "House wins." (00:05:50)

Continuity mistake: The Sentinel that is intercepting Jubilee when she is running back home to check on her foster parents is initially following her along the sidewalk from behind, but suddenly catches up to her in a perpendicular path from the street. There are only two Sentinels shown in this scene and the other one caught her from the front as it turned a corner, so it couldn't have been a different one. (00:14:40)

Continuity mistake: At the end of the previous episode, Rogue says to Cyclops "You look nervous as a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs," to which he responds, "I just wish I knew what was happening in there." Cyclops then immediately looks to his right and sees military vehicles approaching and says "We've got trouble." At the beginning of this episode, the same scene is shown again, only this time Gambit says "If that was me in there you wouldn't have to worry" before the military vehicles are shown to be arriving.

Continuity mistake: In the season 7 episode "I'm Gonna Be Like You, Dad" Alan and Amy's youngest son Joshua is shown to be an infant. However in this episode, which takes place roughly 4 months after the aforementioned episode, he is shown to be around 2 years old.

Other mistake: General Traag's weather weapon causes a blizzard across the city, yet when the Turtles and the Neutrinos come up to the surface after the blizzard had been occurring for a while, none of the cars parked on the street, including the Neutrinos' two flying convertibles, are covered in snow. The interior of their cars should have been full of snow.

Plot hole: At the beginning of the episode, Eric and Jack call the cops on Luther for planning an illegal rave at the college, but the cops let him go because he had not started the rave. He still broke into the student union building, and therefore should have still been arrested. He even threatens Eric and Jack afterwards right in front of the cops, and they do nothing about it. Revealing mistake: The pitchfork that the Amish girl throws at Eric at the end of the episode is obviously made of rubber, as it wobbles when he catches it.

Other mistake: After Jack and Rachel tell everyone they broke up and Angela says to Shawn "Friends, okay?", the camera is noticeably out of focus and then comes into focus when Shawn says "Hate you or love you..." (00:05:10)

Other mistake: Most if not every time someone kills a walker in close proximity or repeatedly bludgeons one that is already dead with a blunt object and there is a CGI blood spatter effect (as opposed to a practical blood spatter effect), the blood magically never gets on the person's face.

Revealing mistake: When Daryl, Maggie, T-Dog, Glenn and Rick are killing walkers with mêlée weapons on their way inside the prison, there is a random CGI blood spatter that appears on the crossbar of the fence in the foreground. (00:21:25)
