Plot hole: After Doom has stolen Silver Surfer's powers and retreats, Surfer tries to pursue him, but is too weak and falls off his board, and has to be rescued by Reed. Since they were in the vacuum of space, Surfer shouldn't have fallen off his board at all, he would have just floated away from it. (00:12:47)

Factual error: When Doom puts out Johnny's thermite-induced flame, he tells him his body will expand in the vacuum of space until he bursts. While a human will body will expand in the vacuum of space, it wouldn't burst, as the skin is elastic enough to hold the body together. (00:12:12)

When the shot changes, they are now shown to have landed in a grassy area, with Tony Stark lying face down with his head near a rock. When the shot changes again, Tony's head is now facing his right shoulder, and there is no longer a rock near his head. (00:17:00)

Deliberate mistake: When Tony Stark is looking through security footage in the flashback, the footage is all clips from previous episodes for which he couldn't possibly have surveillance footage of, including but not limited to shots of him and/or his teammates in a snowy mountain range, inside a volcano, on the ocean floor, and a random section of the Pacific Coast Highway.

Continuity mistake: When Century and Clint are arguing about music always conveying truth, Tony is standing between Julia and Wanda. A couple of shots later when Julia tells Century and Clint to cool it, she is now standing next to Wanda, with Tony nowhere to be seen. (00:03:23)

Continuity mistake: When Domino is playing pool, in the wide shot, she is shown at the one of the corner pocket sides of the table, with Toad perched on the left corner pocket across from her. When the shot changes to her getting ready to take her shot, she is now standing on one of the side pocket sides of the table, with Toad similarly perched on the corner pocket on the left across from her, only now it would be on the same end of the table where she was originally standing. Continuity mistake: After the POV shot of Domino's sniper scope pulls up, a billboard with Magneto on it is on the right side of the screen, over a building with a red roof. When the shot changes, Domino is perched at the bottom left of the same billboard. If she was perched there, then the billboard could not have been to her right when she raised the sniper scope. Additionally, the roof of the building is now white. It's not a separate billboard on a different building either, because the waterfront and docks are the same angle respective to the first shot of the billboard and the shot of Domino loading the magazine into the gun. Continuity mistake: When Wolverine enters the lab to talk to Beast, Beast is sitting in the chair on the middle-right. After he shows Wolverine that he searched for Kitty and Colossus, he is now sitting in the chair on the middle-left. (00:14:02)

Other mistake: When the Brotherhood steals Senator Kelly's Hummer, the Blob is sitting in the back. Blob is so heavy that he leaves holes in the ground when he walks, but the back end of the Hummer doesn't stoop closer to the ground when he's in it. (00:11:54)

Continuity mistake: After Cyclops blasts Wolverine out of his hotel room and Wolverine says "Good talk," the half of Wolverine's necklace with his dog tag that is supposed to be draped over his left side is missing. (00:10:55)
