Question: What did Jezelle mean at the police station about the creeper saying "I think it's eaten too many hearts for its own to ever stop."

Answer: Since the Creeper needs various body parts i.e. eyes to see, lungs to breathe, it would also need to eat the hearts of its victims for its own heart to keep beating. Or she could mean that the Creeper is essentially devoid of all emotions as it keeps attacking anybody that has the body parts that it needs to extend its own life.

Question: Why did Paul and the other guards show concern for Percy after Wild Bill caused Percy to piss his pants?

Answer: They may not like him but they still want to make sure he's ok.

Greg Dwyer

Exactly. Plus having a guard killed by an inmate on their watch would reflect poorly on them, to say the least. And Percy had political connections as well.

BaconIsMyBFF

Because they are caring human beings, and feel some emotion towards someone in trouble, unlike Percy himself.

Question: How long did it take for Shrek, Fiona, and Donkey to get to the kingdom of Far Far Away?

Answer: Roughly 2000 "are we there yet?" questions away. Which to Fiona and Shrek must have felt like 10,000 years. But seriously, they come across signs for "away" and "far away" adding up to 900 miles distance, so I'd say "far far away" is about 3000 miles from the swamp. By carriage that's about 21 days if they keep going day and night and at the same, slow pace (6 miles per hour?) they were going.

lionhead

The curious thing though is where they would get food while traveling to far far away.

The 21 days I said for calculation purposes, obviously they had stops to eat and drink (pee).

Question: In the scene in Florence with the two fighting Italians, does one of them die? In one shot he is still moving his jaw, in another shot he seems rather motionless.

Answer: It's unknown if he survived or not, nor is it important to the film's plot. The scene is about how witnessing a violent act affects Lucy. The entire trip to Italy has a powerful effect on her personality, opening her to new emotions and sensations that she's never experienced before, having lived a rather pleasant though constricted and conventional life in England.

Question: Did I imagine it, or does Letty appear with a beard but no moustache at one point in the movie?

Answer: No.

Answer: Reese is able to feel vibrations from his dad's voice, which can be very soothing.

Answer: Many hearing-impaired people are also lip readers.

Question: I'm still a bit confused on the tripods' actual height. I can't find it anywhere and I just wanted to make sure how tall the tripods are. Preferably in meters but any measurement is fine.

Answer: They're reported to be about 100 feet tall.

Which is about 30.5 meters.

lionhead

They definitely seemed a lot taller than 100ft in the movies though that's for sure. I would have guessed maybe a few hundred feet.

Answer: In this film, their height is about 150 feet.

Question: Why didn't the FBI ask Ben's father what type of car he owns like they would do in real life? They type of car Ben, Riley, and Abigail stole from Ben's father has an on star system that would allow the authorities to track them through satellite, and intercept them ruining any chance of escape for the them. So why didn't the FBI use the on star system to track them?

Answer: One of the agents, when they are interrogating Patrick at his house, mentions that the car that Patrick owns (although I don't know the brand) is missing, so they have asked. There is also a correction at some point about the on-star system (similar to your question) that shows that the on-star system could have been removed for any number of reasons.

It's a Cadillac Deville.

Question: What happened to all the dogs the Newtons rescued from the end of the first film? None of them appear in this sequel except for one dog, Sparky, in two scenes, but it looks like he doesn't live with them anymore.

adamtrainman@aol.com

Answer: This takes place some time after the first movie so the dogs from the first movie were most likely adopted or reunited with their proper owners.

Question: After blowing up the car, when the NSA guy answers Scully's question, "How the hell do you know my size?" he says, "I know the name of your college boyfriend, your true hair colour, your ATM PIN number." This strongly suggests that red is not her true colour. Therefore, my question is: What is the true colour of Scully's hair?

Chop Luftmysza

Answer: He was being facetious. He doesn't specifically know that information, he was merely giving examples of the types of information he has access to.

I think so too.

lionhead

Answer: Actress Gillian Anderson's natural hair color is strawberry blonde, which she dyed fiery red. (Although in the revival of the show she wears a wig).

The question does not concern Gillian Anderson's true hair colour-it concerns Agent Dana Scully's true hair colour.

Question: When Smith kills Jack he says, "Have you got a validation, boy-o?", to which of course, Jack says, "Rollo Tomasi." But why would Smith think Jack would expose his source, especially if he is about to die?

Answer: Smith actually says, "Have you a valediction," i.e., any last words. He's not asking Jack to name his source, he's just asking, in a slightly mocking way, if Jack wants to say anything else before he dies.

Question: Why did falling from a cliff result in the player losing a life, but falling 1,000 feet to the ground upon respawning did not?

quinnnmallory

Answer: It's common in video games that during a respawn a character has a brief period of invulnerability to prevent cheap deaths.

BaconIsMyBFF

Answer: The fall is probably shorter.

Answer: No. In "The Third Path" (book from Legacy series), he even appeared on travelers ship.

Answer: She has Polio. Taken from Wikipedia: Poliomyelitis, often called polio or infantile paralysis, is an infectious disease caused by the poliovirus. In about 0.5 percent of cases there is muscle weakness resulting in an inability to move. This can occur over a few hours to a few days. The weakness most often involves the legs but may less commonly involve the muscles of the head, neck and diaphragm. Many but not all people fully recover.

Question: Why did Jimmy tell Henry he wasn't going to kill Morrie, only to then have him killed?

MikeH

Answer: Well, for starters, I think Jimmy, despite being a complete sociopath cared a bit about Henry's mental state and well-being and just wanted him to calm down, enjoy his night and we can see it worked. Second, Jimmy might, just might at that moment feel like it wasn't the right night to kill Maurie since he was more of an annoying nuisance than a real threat, he was without being asked given the Chance to just forget the money and let it go, symbolizing Jimmy's murderous greed. Third...WHY should he tell Henry Hill that he will kill him? He benefits nothing, it puts him in a vulnerable position and Jimmy, more than likely has noticed Henry's tics, excessive sweat and bug eyes, pretty sure the guy is hooked on coke, meaning as Tommy jokingly but in nice foreshadow says "You may fold under questioning." Telling Henry he will spare Morrie becomes his Teflon armor at this point cause Henry at this point would never even suspect a good fella like Jimmy to lie to him "of all people" about something like that...That is my take on it anyway.

Answer: It wasn't so much that Jimmy decided to kill Morrie after all. Tommy was annoyed by Morrie and decided on the spot to kill him himself. It was Tommy who wanted Morrie dead at that moment.

Answer: Since the person had obviously been let in just to kill Cadbury, the guards would have been paid off to look the other way.

Question: Was Pennywise the one who bombed the Ironworks in 1908, the one who killed the five Bradley folks in '35 and the one in the black spot in '62, or did he curse the people and the town to make them go crazy throughout the 27 years?

Answer: IT's malign influence makes the inhabitants of Derry particularly violent and vicious, culminating in an explosion of violence every 27 years. It's implied in the novel that IT sabotaged the machinery of the Kitchener Ironworks, though.

Answer: It is never really explained in the movie, but we could assume that whenever someone dies they keep whatever items they had on them. Hector may have had the photo on his person when he died.

Question: At the beginning in the training scene, Shifu was disappointed, pointing out the problems in each of the Five's attack strategy. He said to Crane "height." What did he mean?

Bunch Son

Answer: He meant that Crane had to be higher in the sky so that Shifu wouldn't notice him when coming in for an attack.

Question: At the opening of the movie, when it shows the wagon in the river, what is the white thing in the water toward the right of the screen near the bank? At first it looks like rapids, but looking closer it looks more like something rolling in the water.

Answer: A barrel.
