Continuity mistake: After the helicopter crashes, Bond runs towards the car and one can notice it's not Sean Connery but his stunt double, who looks absolutely nothing like him.

Continuity mistake: When Bond hides from the helicopter under a crack in the rocks, the rocks, the crack and the bushes around are totally different in the close-up. Plus a bunch of moss suddenly appears.

Revealing mistake: When Bond pushes the Blofeld look alike into the mud pit his feet have a natural position, the tip resting on the stretcher. Couple shots later, when his body is submerged and just the feet are visible, they are skewed awkwardly to the side as if the ankles were broken, revealing he's been replaced by a dummy.

Continuity mistake: When the movie begins Bond chokes a girl with her bikini, light side of the fabric facing camera. A shot later it's the dark side facing.

Revealing mistake: When Jack's car crashes, the actor with a military hat is replaced with a stunt driver wearing a silver helmet.

Revealing mistake: After Bond throws urine at the thug, and he collapses with all the glasses stuck to his back, note the protruding pad underneath his shirt where everything's been attached to.

Continuity mistake: The first time we see Blofeld he is touching the cat's head. A shot later his hand is on the cat's body.

Continuity mistake: The nurse asks Bond for a urine sample and tilts the beaker forward. A shot later it's tilted towards her.

Continuity mistake: During the credits, after Bond knocks out a guy in a terrace his hat is either close to his head or away depending on the shot.

Revealing mistake: When Nicole's bike jumps over the kids lying on the ground there's a ramp beside them disguised as part of the road to allow for the stunt.

Visible crew/equipment: When the chubby guy grabs his bike, a white lighting screen is reflected on his black helmet.

Revealing mistake: When Nicole Kidman shows the kids some tricks she is replaced by a very obvious stunt, older, taller and... a man. Confirmed by Nicole Kidman, who said her stunt double was "a teenage boy wearing a padded bra."
