Continuity mistake: When Bond is about to climb in the raft his hair is soaking wet and brushed forward. When he is inside it's nicely brushed to the right.

Revealing mistake: When the movie ends and Bond swims towards the raft together with the rest of the baddies, he is very obviously not Sean Connery but his stunt.

Revealing mistake: The volcano erupting is an obvious composite of at least two images: an explosion on a mountain and lava flowing. The cut-out footage of the lava is blatantly evident for one can see the outline of the pasted film, which has a lighter colour than the mountain's.

Revealing mistake: When the volcano erupts, the lava (a superimposed image) is flowing frame by frame as a stop-motion film as opposed to the explosion.

Continuity mistake: On the frozen lake, a cottage is blown to pieces, a wheel flies away, and many explosions take place, rising big clouds of black smoke. However, in the wide angle, the place is spotless.

Revealing mistake: Before Darth kills Obi-Wan, he rises his saber to prepare to die and his face and hands are perfectly visible. Right before Darth kills him, there's a wide shot where his face is missing and a black object is used to hold the saber, thus revealing the actor was replaced by an empty cloak to achieve the vanishing effect.

Visible crew/equipment: When Nate and Dorian fight at the bar they are replaced with obvious stunt doubles with totally different hairstyles.

Continuity mistake: In the car, when Jessica is told that she has to act like Dorian's mother she covers her face with both hands. A shot later there's just one hand on her face.

Visible crew/equipment: When Nate Findley rides his horse the actor's stunt is very noticeable in the wide shots.

Continuity mistake: When Loretta places the map on the stone she reads it using her right hand. In the close-up the right hand rests on the stone, and she's moving her left hand.

Revealing mistake: While with Abigail, doors open to reveal a city and a plane behind which rises big jets of air that move Loretta's hair. However, the decorations on the table don't move a single inch (until several shots later), giving away that the city behind is CGI.

Continuity mistake: When Abigail is showing the book, Loretta holds food with her fingers and eats it. Shot cuts and not only does the food reappear, but her right hand is lowered.

Continuity mistake: When we see Loretta dressed up for the book signing check the curl by her left temple: it keeps swapping between brushed or not, thick or thin. (00:04:20)

Continuity mistake: When Blofeld escapes riding the bobsleigh, there are several shots of him sliding way along the slope, then we see Bond firing the last shot and now the bobsleigh is right at the starting point.

Continuity mistake: When Bond knocks out Che Che there's a rectangular piece of white furniture next to the bed. A shot later it has moved a meter to the left, pink slippers now visible, and is now on top of Che Che's leg.

Revealing mistake: When Batman fires rockets at the Joker, none come out, instead a sound effect is used which cuts to explosions on the road where Joker stands.

Continuity mistake: Before Q explains how the electromagnetic ring works with the slot machines there's a close-up shot of the coins falling. His jacket is nowhere to be seen despite him being right next to the machine.

Continuity mistake: When Tiffany is about to grab Frank's wallet his shirt is covered in foam. When she reaches out for it the foam is gone and his shirt is wet.
