Continuity mistake: The raft arrives in a big place with no snow, yet from the opposite front angle there's snow all around.

Continuity mistake: Short tries to wake up brainwashed-Indy, who smacks him. Short falls on the floor and his hair becomes messy. A frame later it's neatly brushed.

Continuity mistake: Mola Ram throws a Thuggee down the bridge and Indy moves away. The angle cuts to a closer angle and Indy is in the previous position moving away again.

Continuity mistake: When the pilot checks if Indy is asleep he holds the curtain with his thumb inside the cabin and fingers on the passenger part. From the opposite angle he holds it with the side of his hand, all fingers inside the cabin.

Continuity mistake: In the mine, Indy fights against a bearded bad guy, who throws a hammer backwards that lands on a worker's head, knocking him out. The workers are very close together in the wide angle, then equidistant in the close-up when the hammer lands, and then together again in the wide angle. Also the worker that falls unconscious is standing straight a frame later.

Continuity mistake: When the pilots are about to jump off the plane, they walk between Willie and Indy. Her head swaps from tilted to straight from frame to frame.

Continuity mistake: When Short is hanging through a hole in the bridge, his shirt keeps changing back and forth from being motionless in the POV angles, to wildly flickering in the wide ones.

Continuity mistake: The jet of water comes out through a squared hole on the rocks, and seconds later comes through many other places, making the first hole much bigger, and making pieces of rock fall off. However, when Indy cries, "Let's meet up at the bridge!" there's an aerial shot of him climbing and the mountain has the very same perfect structure as before the jet of water burst.

Continuity mistake: When the plane enters the greenhouse the cabin is empty. Then in the close-up Flash and Dale have appeared inside.

Continuity mistake: When Ming walks in the room where Dale sleeps, her thigh swaps from covered to uncovered and the cushion moves around depending on the angle.

Continuity mistake: After the meteorite on Munson's bed starts burning, his hand moves from down to up and is now holding a pen and paper, despite him being asleep. Also the cup on the table moves around between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Flash greets the martians he's handed a gun which makes him crouch and twist to the left. When the angle changes he is now standing tall and his hand is at chest level instead of waist level.

Revealing mistake: When Flash takes a beating after saving Dale, all the kicks he receives are very poorly performed, most of them never reaching his body.

Plot hole: When the movie starts, Flash's t-shirt bears a lightning logo on the back, the same one that curiously appears on the clothes he's given later on when he gets to Mongo, where he wasn't expected at all.

Continuity mistake: When Ming orders to send another charge against Sky City the sky swaps from sunny in the wide angles, to cloudy in the close-ups in barely half a second.

Continuity mistake: When the laser scans Zarkov's jacket to destroy the gun inside, the arm disappears in the close-up angle.

Continuity mistake: The FX of the rainbow coloured dangerous void is missing before the fight starts, revealing a grey coloured, harmless set. (01:09:45)

Revealing mistake: When the spaceship flies, Zarkov keeps warning about the g-force and Dale and himself suffer it, yet when he tells Flash to step on a pedal, Flash manages to lift his foot and do everything effortlessly, g-force magically gone.

Revealing mistake: Flash flies on the Cosmo-mobile and half of it becomes transparent due to the blue screen behind.
