Continuity mistake: Scott's size changes when he is in front of the backpack rack. On the first shot his head is 10 centimetres below a shelf, but a shot later he's 30 centimetres below, despite him looking upwards; so he's in fact way smaller.

Continuity mistake: Before Hope grabs the backpack, there's a small soccer ball next to it by the edge of the rack. When she grabs it, the ball doesn't drop. It simply vanishes, as proven after Scott opens the backpack.

Continuity mistake: Scott grabs the Greatest Grandma trophy from its stem. Shot changes and he is grabbing the rear side. This swaps back and forth.

Visible crew/equipment: Right when the Nazis are struck with the light, one soldier shakes wildly and one can see the cable coming out of his trousers and stretching off-screen to the right. (01:47:30)

Revealing mistake: When the Nazis are about to glow (and die), check the one on our left. His shirt is already unbuttoned right where the light will subsequently glow (which was a mere light bulb). A second later, he triggers a device clutched in his right hand (seemingly a switch) seconds before his chest lights up. (01:47:25)

Continuity mistake: Helena places her mug on the upper middle part of a magazine, where a greenish band with the title is. A shot later, the mug has moved to the left edge of the magazine. (02:19:15)

Continuity mistake: When Indy horseback rides on the subway platform, the people stand behind the columns. A shot later from the opposite angle, they're all standing in the middle of the platform.

Continuity mistake: When the waiter arrives at the room where the Nazis are, all the papers and books on the table, plus the pencils, change positions between shots.

Factual error: Indy wakes up and has a bottle of Vicodin Es next to him, which was not introduced in the US until 1978, 9 years after the movie is set.

Continuity mistake: When Renaldo gives instructions on diving, he holds several cables. From the shot from behind, he is grabbing them close to a tape that holds them together. Shot changes and the grip differs, and the tape is gone.

Continuity mistake: When Pym grabs his phone to watch the CCTV, his left thumb is on the upper part of the screen. A shot later it's on the lower side. This swaps back and forth. (00:35:15)

Revealing mistake: During the parade, after the red convertible skids, Indy's horse rears. When it turns around, check Indy's face and you'll notice that it's Harrison Ford's stunt.
