Continuity mistake: During the final game, before it starts there's a shot of a player warming up and throwing a ball. When the camera follows the ball, for a brief second we see that the bleachers are empty, but immediately afterwards several shots of the stadium show it's packed with people.

Visible crew/equipment: Dorothy leaves Jerry at the hotel convention and when he opens the door a big white screen used for lighting is reflected on the door. It can't be a reflection of the building, since the car is surrounded by passers-by.

Continuity mistake: In the first house, the camera pans toward the mirror. The doll leaning on it changes positions, leaving the crack hidden in the first place, and visible a fraction of a second later. The hair of the doll also changes, covering its forehead first, and combed later on.

Continuity mistake: In the first house Will visits, the first shot of the mirror shows a long drop of blood on the right, which becomes short in a following shot.

Revealing mistake: When Will stabs an arrow and shoots at Hannibal, a white vest underneath Hannibal's shirt is coming out on the right, to allow for the stunts.

Continuity mistake: While Manny and Tony are working at the bar, before starting in the drug business, Tony has a towel over his right shoulder. Depending on the angle the towel covers part of his spine or it doesn't.

Continuity mistake: Jack gives Will a picture, by placing it upside down on a table. The first close-up shows the table brightly lit, but from a new angle it's in the shade.

Continuity mistake: Jack gives Will a picture upside down, and places a shell on top of it, right in the center of the paper. From a different angle the shell is on the right side.

Continuity mistake: Escaping from the cops, Eric's on the road, dodging cars. A blue one smashes the back of a car and breaks its own fender and lights; but the damage is already done before the crash.

Continuity mistake: When all the guys go with Mac to find his family in the mine, the collar on Mac's t-shirt keeps changing from very loose, to slightly loose, to really tight around the neck between shots.

Continuity mistake: When the paperboy throws the newspaper on the runway the van disappears.

Continuity mistake: Eric is about to arrive to the place where his mum works, and there's a close-up of the cop's car chasing him. A big line of cars is seen behind him, but in the wide angle not only the cars are gone, but the real traffic is running in a perpendicular road to the one he's in.

Continuity mistake: When Mac's in the desert calling his family, an aerial view shows Mike away from the car following him. In the following close shot he's next to the van's hood.

Continuity mistake: The chip on the cop's windshield disappears when they arrive at the mall.

Continuity mistake: Rearview mirror appears and disappears from the cops' car when they're going to McDonald's.

Continuity mistake: Mac stretches his hand and grabs the cup of Coke, which is tilted sideways. In the following angle it's straight.

Continuity mistake: Mike is unpacking his things and puts on his glasses. He stares at the door in awe because he sees Mac standing, but the reflection of the glass shows that there's no one there.

Audio problem: Eric escapes from the cops in McDonald's and he says, "Well done, Mac" but his lips are saying something else.
