Plot hole: Beth surprises Jamie in the act of disposing of his father's body at the train station. But Beth doesn't learn about the train station until season 5, episode 8. So, how did she know where to catch Jamie in the act?

Revealing mistake: Near the end Kong rolls off the top of the World Trade tower. It cuts to a shot from the ground looking straight up toward the top with Kong falling downward. For a fraction of a second there is no image of Kong composited into the shot: first there's just buildings, then suddenly Kong appears from nowhere in midair.

Continuity mistake: Mark Antony walks in the site where Cleopatra's tomb is being built. He wears a soldier's uniform and she a red gown, purple robe and a short wig. She walks five steps forward and suddenly they're in a completely different place: both in her bedroom, she wearing now a dreadlock wig, white dress and transparent robe, while he is resting on a couch dressed in red civilian clothes. She walks offscreen and a shot later she has yet another wig, another dress, different belt and black robe.
Suggested correction: It creatively shows how long their ongoing passionate argument continues through the day, with changes in the time of day, location, and attire; done with three separate, consecutive scenes, signifying time jump transitions. First, it's daytime when Mark Antony joins Cleopatra at her tomb's construction; they argue, and she walks away. With the next transition, it's later in the day; they still argue in a different location and attire, then she walks away. The last transition is another jump in time; it's evening, with Cleopatra now in her nighttime attire, as their argument has been going strong all day.

Continuity mistake: When Adam sets down Nick's guitar after breaking it, the head of the guitar is facing towards the loudspeaker, but in the next shot, it is facing away from it. (00:06:41)
My entry talks about the direction the guitar is facing between shots. Your entry does not mention this; it talks about the distance the guitar is from the loudspeaker between shots. That's not the same thing.

Continuity mistake: When the two couples are riding in the toy car going down the track, the car alternates from (not) having a roof between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Bond pushes Pushkin back on the bed in the hotel room, Pushkin has a basket with a bottle of champagne in his left hand. It disappears between shots, and there is no sound of it falling to the floor.

Revealing mistake: When Scott is fighting Ghost, as Pym is planning to dive, Ghost throws Scott through a wall and you can see the braking cable around his/the stuntman's waist and across the floor. (01:16:48)

Continuity mistake: While on the boat, Helena does her 7 spades card trick. When she gives Indy a turn, you can see the bottom card is a black 2. When she fans them out, it changes to black king of clubs. Then, in the next shot, it changes to 8 of clubs. (01:16:00 - 01:17:00)
Suggested correction: Not necessarily a mistake. She could be changing those cards by sleight of hand, while moving the 7 of spades into position for the final force. The mistake was not using the 3 of clubs for it.

Continuity mistake: When the staff member at the college runs away from the bad guys to get help, and is quickly shot in the back by Voller's henchman, she falls forward on the floor, face down. Dead. But a short time later, when Indy discovers her body on the floor, he kneels down to attend to her (and looks at his hand to see her blood there), she is now lying face-up on her back.

Continuity mistake: At the end when Moses reaches out to the tablets, in the first shot he has nothing in his hand, second shot he has something black which at first looks like sunglasses, and in the third shot his hand is empty again.

Corrected entry: When Ethan is going down to the security room on a rope you can see a man standing on the floor at the bottom. It's right after he starts to descend.

Visible crew/equipment: When Dar is on top of a mountain, he swings his sword around, and you can see a semi truck drive by on the road below him.

Other mistake: Dive boat interior, as the tablet is unboxed, there is a clear lens distortion as Indi looks round to his diver friend and the focus follows - giving a disturbing jolt to the image. (01:08:27)
Suggested correction: It just appears to be the result of the movie doing a slightly unconventional rack focus. I don't think that really qualifies as a mistake. If it does count, it opens far too big a can of worms in terms of various camera techniques being considered "mistakes."

Deliberate mistake: Main headlines in newspapers appear translated for each country for the kids to understand it, but the rest of the news appear in English, despite the movie taking place in Paris. Also, most signs -such as the poisons in the window shop- have labels written in English.
Suggested correction: By that logic, it's a mistake that the characters speak English. It's an American movie set in France, and like you said, it's a kids' movie. Everything is in English for simplicity's sake.

Visible crew/equipment: Right after the ambulance runs over Arnold's motorcycle a shot of him hanging on the crane hook is shown. You can see the safety cable attached to the left of his belt. (00:33:25)

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where John, Catherine and the Terminator are in the mausoleum getting the guns out of the casket, you can see two "marks" taped on the floor in front of John and Catherine. (I think they were red and green). (00:49:55)

Visible crew/equipment: When the Terminator is catapulted into the factory by the tanker truck, wires are visible holding him up (Slow-mo or pause might help.). (01:52:50)

Visible crew/equipment: When Arnie is airborne on his cycle in the canal scene, you can faintly see the wires holding up his bike - from just around his shoulders right before he lands to until it switches scenes. (00:37:15)

Continuity mistake: When Indy arrives in Tangier at Hotel Le Atlantique, it is evening. A party is going on in the hotel while the auction is being held. A discussion starts, and a fight breaks out. They go outside, and all of a sudden, it is daytime.
