Plot hole: After Nuclear Man slides down the chimney of the Nuclear Plant the lid of the reactor is open and then automatically closes. This whole premise is totally absurd, not only for security reasons, but for logical ones too.

Revealing mistake: While Superman carries the Statue, there's a close shot of Nuclear Man showing his fingernails. The movie behind is playing the wrong way, and gives the sensation that Nuclear Man is flying backwards.

Continuity mistake: When Lois is in the subway carriage crying for help, she places her right hand on the rail above. A frame later the hand is by her waist.
