Revealing mistake: Evil Superman supposedly holds Clark by the back of his shirt, but what we really see is his hand behind the back and not holding anything, or at most a part of a dummy which was superimposed with Christopher Reeve.

Deliberate mistake: When Hulk meets his father at the lab, each one's eyes have a special light on them. This adds for dramatic effect, but it's absurd because there is no direct source of light since each one is in front of the other and their faces are in shade in the rest of the shots.

Continuity mistake: While Mr. White is trying to open the bingo ball, from the side shots the lady is watching the ball. From the front shots she is watching him. This keeps taking place every time angle angles.
