Continuity mistake: While Bond's helicopter flies with Blofeld's chair, Blofeld swaps from waiving his arms and banging the door in the close-up angles, to sitting perfectly still in the wide angles.

Continuity mistake: When the yellow car is about to jump above the black car, it is taking a nosedive, but in the immediate close-up it's flying upwards.

Revealing mistake: During the car chase, before the car rolls down a hill, you can see that it's not Roger Moore driving but a stunt driver. Furthermore, the woman has been replaced by a dummy or a stunt with a bulky and hairy wig that doesn't resemble her at all.

Continuity mistake: When Powers is woken up at night and interrogated with water thrown at him, his hairstyle changes in every shot.

Factual error: Tom Hanks walks by a German cinema that is showing the movie One Two Three, a Billy Wilder flick about the cold war and the Berlin wall. Though a nice homage to the movie director, that movie was released August 1961, a year later than the time period of this movie.

Continuity mistake: After discovering he is stranded and injured, Watney walks inside the hab and takes off his helmet and hood. His hairstyle changes three times between shots in a matter of seconds.

Audio problem: When Langdon and the Swiss guard are in the file room out of oxygen, the guard presses the oxygen control screen nervously, and a "clac" sound is heard. The shot changes and he stops pressing the button, yet the previous clac-clac-clac is heard for a couple seconds.

Revealing mistake: After Henry opens the bathroom door and water rushes out, he is replaced by an obvious stunt with darker hair colour and thick and long sideburns. Henry's are very short.
