Super Mario Bros. (1993)

Super Mario Bros. (1993)
Revealing mistake: When Daisy takes Luigi to the dig site, there's a long wide shot as they talk and start to head down. As the camera zooms in, you can see the composited background (the bridge, city, etc.) "jiggle" slightly towards the end of the shot where the composite effect didn't quite align up.

Chucky (2021)
Trivia: One of the first things "Chucky" creator Don Mancini negotiated was to allow Chucky to use harsh profanity, including the word "fuck," as he didn't want to wimp down the franchise for cable. Mancini eventually worked out a deal with the networks, who allowed him up to 10 "fucks" per episode, despite the show airing in the primetime block. Mancini was later able to negotiate a few extra "fucks" in the season one finale.

Chucky (2021)
Continuity mistake: When Father Bryce explodes, and it's shown from multiple angles over and over, the way his head flies into the air is different in some of the shots. In some of the shots, it flies straight up several feet into the air, while in other shots, it only shoots about one foot into the air and also shoots forward slightly, revealing multiple different takes were edited together.

Child's Play 2 (1990)
Visible crew/equipment: When Chucky says "We're home!" and knocks Andy out at the toy factory, before trying to transfer his soul, watch closely. Right as the shot is about to end, you can see some of the animatronic cables, the puppeteers use to control the Chucky doll, behind him. Additionally, you can see a crew-member's hand start to reach up at the bottom left corner right before the shot cuts. (Presumably to help slow down actor Alex Vincent and the Chucky doll's fall for safety.)
