Continuity mistake: During the final fight at the very end of the film, pay attention to Millie's bloody nose. At first, there's an equal amount on either side. But a few seconds later, the suddenly less blood on the left side of her face and more blood on the right side.

Freaky (2020)
Revealing mistake: When Millie jumps on her shop teacher's back, the teacher switches from the actor to a stunt double as they begin to tumble about. Noticeably, his hair suddenly gets much darker and has less gray in it. You can also get brief glimpses of his face, and it's obviously not the actor.

Freaky (2020)
Continuity mistake: When Josh's mom is about to cut the Butcher/Millie out of the chair, pay attention to her right hand, which is holding the knife. Right before the Butcher/Millie springs up, as she's talking to her son, her arm goes from down by her side with the knife pointed down, to up by her chest instantly between cuts.

The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2008)
Revealing mistake: When Evie and Jonathan jump out of the truck before it crashes (during the chase scene right after the Emperor is brought back), as Evie lands on the ground you can see the outline of the kneepads she is wearing beneath her stockings. You can also get a brief glimpse of the stunt-woman's face, and she's very obviously not Maria Bello.

Midsommar (2019)
Trivia: Near the end of the film, as Dani is lifted and being carried to the dinner table, if you look closely, you can see the ghostly image of her deceased sister's face (with the exhaust hose in her mouth) in the background. It's been superimposed over the trees in the distance. It's very subtle and easy to miss, but if you know where to look, it's there.

Game Night (2018)
Trivia: Spoilers: There's a pretty subtle bit of foreshadowing in Gary's house. When he's seated and the group is playing Jenga, if you look behind Gary, there are two old-fashioned guns on the mantle. The way the shots of Gary are framed throughout the scene, both guns are pointed right at him several times. Later in the movie, Gary ends up being shot twice by two different guns - once by a gun loaded with blanks and once by a gun loaded with live ammunition.

United States of Tara (2009)
Continuity mistake: In season one, Tara's neighbor Don's backyard was shown in the episode "Transition" - it had a patio and in-ground pool. This episode show's Don's backyard again when Tara and Max have sex, and it's completely different, indicating the scenes were filmed in different locations. Most noticeable is the fact that the in-ground-pool and patio are missing and the fences are different, with plants having grown all over them. While some time has passed since it was last seen, dialog in this season indicates that Don hasn't made any changes to the house or property in years, plus the fact that removing a pool and patio are relatively long and laborious processes, so the backyard should not look as fully developed as it does even if he did somehow remove them and replace the fence in the meantime.

United States of Tara (2009)
Continuity mistake: Tara is sitting at her desk and tells Max they will have sex the following night, and she teases him that she "Might even bring some props." Right as she says this line, the camera cuts. In the first shot, she has one pencil in each hand, but in the second shot, suddenly both pencils are in her left hand. The position of her hands changes between cuts as well.

Red Dragon (2002)
Revealing mistake: When Will's wife shoots Dollarhyde at the end, watch closely when she shoots him for a second time and hits him in the cheek. For about one frame, you can see what looks like a wire coming out of his cheek that has caught some light, and about a half-second later, you can see some sort-of small brownish cap hit the floor on the right side of the screen. (It's very tiny so you have to look closely.) These types of effects are usually accomplished by putting a small prosthetic cap attached to a piece of wire over the bullet wound makeup, which is then pulled from off-screen to reveal the "bullet hole." It looks like both the wire and prosthetic cap both managed to get caught in the shot. (Slow motion or freeze-framing help but aren't required - both the wire and the cap are easy to catch once you see them the first time).

The Dark Knight (2008)
Continuity mistake: During the big chase, at one point Batman, riding the Bat Pod, shoots out a glass doorway and proceeds to drive through an underground area loaded with storefronts. However, if you look, the editing makes no sense. He rounds a corner and shoots out the glass doors and is about 5 feet away from crashing through, then it cuts and he's in a completely different area with completely different lighting going up a ramp, then the camera cuts again and he bursts through the doors seen two cuts prior. The rest of the scene is edited normally, so it makes no sense why this moment has the Bat Pod teleporting to a completely different location for one short shot. A prior correction stated he was going up a wheelchair ramp, but this is complete hogwash - the ramp he's going up is in a different location nowhere near the doorway, and he's at least 50 feet from any structures, whereas moments prior he was only about 5 feet from the doorway.

Transition - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: Right after Charmaine opens her top to reveal her botched boob job, when Max goes up to see Tara giggling in the bedroom and sits besides her, Tara goes from facing forward to facing Max between cuts. She's also closer to Max in the second shot.

The Gang Gets Held Hostage - S3-E4
Revealing mistake: When Liam is stabbed in the arm, as he turns around to walk away, you can see the outline of his real arm wrapped behind his back, under his robe for about one full second, revealing that the arm he was stabbed in was a fake prop-arm.

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (2005)
Visible crew/equipment: During the scene where Dennis and the Waitress, Mac and Dee successively walk into the back office to talk to Charlie near the beginning of the episode, in some of the shots, you can see outside the office door, and you can see the top of the set has no ceiling, and even see part of a stage-light.

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (2005)
Revealing mistake: During the training montage, right as Mac is about to smash the bottle over Charlie's head, you can see Charlie stop what he's doing about a half-second before being hit, and brace himself for the impact, despite not being able to see it coming. This is confirmed on the DVD commentary.
