Continuity mistake: When Jenny meets Giles after Xander's botched attempt at asking out Buffy, the way she's holding the folders to her chest subtly changes repeatedly between the closeup and wide shots.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997)
Visible crew/equipment: When Buffy meets Giles in the library after the opening credits, and they start talking, throughout the scene, you can see set lights and reflectors reflected in Giles' glasses multiple times. This happens often throughout the series, but is particularly noticeable here.

Shocker (1989)
Trivia: Reportedly, late in post-production, the lead effects artist had a mental breakdown because he realised he had bitten off more than he could chew and couldn't deliver the effects on time. Director Wes Craven had to rush to locate all the negatives (which were scattered all over LA) and hire more effects artists to try and get the effects done as quickly as possible. Craven has said this is why some of the effects shots are "pretty sketchy" - there was no time to properly finish them.

Shocker (1989)
Trivia: Wes Craven originally intended for "Shocker" to become a franchise, with Horace Pinker becoming the next big slasher-star. However, the studio wasn't happy with the film's mediocre box office returns, and a sequel was never made.

Scream VI (2023)
Trivia: Like other films in the series, "Scream VI" is loaded with "easter eggs" for horror fans. One extremely subtle one you may not notice... when the psychologist is attacked at his office by Ghostface, the door-knocking sound effect is actually taken directly from the 2022 slasher-movie "X," which featured "Scream VI" co-star Jenna Ortega.

Scream VI (2023)
Trivia: When Kirby and Mindy sit down and talk about horror movies, and Mindy alludes to the idea that some people think Stu Macher is really still alive. This is a reference to an extremely popular fan theory that Stu Macher, one of the original two "Ghostface" killers, is still alive and will return in a future film.

Rick and Morty (2013)
Trivia: After co-creator Justin Roiland was fired, it was revealed that his relationship with fellow co-creator Dan Harmon had broken down during season 2 when Harmon pushed for the show to be more ambitious. By season 3, Roiland made little creative input, was rude and inappropriate to the staff, and would often abandon work. By season 4, he would just record his lines from home and never come into work, exploiting the fact he was voicing the leads because he thought it meant he could never be fired.

Spider-Man (2003)
Trivia: The cel-shaded CG animation lead to a lot of changes during production, especially since the show was made quickly and cel-shading was still relatively new and cutting edge at the time. Mary Jane was given a shorter hairstyle because her original longer hair had a bad tendency to glitch and "clip" through her body. Peter's clothes were made tighter because his original baggier clothes were hard to render. And Kraven's vest never quite looked right, so it was replaced with a leather jacket.

Insidious: The Last Key (2018)
Revealing mistake: When Keyface is leading Imogen and Melissa on chains, he hits Elise, sending her through the air. When this happens, you can pretty easily see that Elise is played by a stunt-woman. You get a very quick look at her (suddenly much younger) face, and when she lands, you can see that her body is also has a slightly thicker, more toned build than Elise's actress Lin Shaye. (Slow motion helps but is not required).

Insidious: The Last Key (2018)
Continuity mistake: When Keyface is attacking Elise, Imogen grabs the whistle out of her pocket. At one point, the way she is holding it changes instantly between cuts right before she throws it to Elise.

Coyote Ugly (2000)
Trivia: Co-star Melanie Lynskey stated that the behind the scenes of the film was hostile at times. When she was cast the costume designer made the snide comment "Nobody told me there would be girls like you," and the crew would try to change the way she looked with excessive makeup and shapewear clothes. She was also constantly told that she was "not beautiful" by the costume department. This affected her so much that to this day, Lynskey makes herself available to younger castmates for help or advice.

Insidious: The Last Key (2018)
Continuity mistake: When Melissa is attacked by Keyface, the blood on her forehead, nose and face changes slightly a few times over the course of the scene. (Likely due to it being reapplied and not quite 100% matching several times during filming).

Insidious: The Last Key (2018)
Continuity mistake: When Keyface strikes Melissa, she bounces off the wall then starts to fall forward onto the ground face-down. However, when we cut to a closeup of her hitting the ground, she's suddenly falling backwards and lands on her back. Her entire body somehow rotated 180° instantly between cuts.

Insidious: The Last Key (2018)
Audio problem: When Elise is investigating Ted Garza's home and begins to explain how she had seen the female ghost before, she says the line "when I was sixteen years old." However, the words and her mouth movements don't QUITE match. She appears to be saying the right words, but the audio just isn't quite lined up right, likely due to the line being re-recorded in post.

Insidious: The Last Key (2018)
Audio problem: After Elise notices that Ted Garza owns a lot of her family's old belongings still, he gives an explanation about why he held onto it. In the wideshot where he's in the background, if you pay attention, much of what he says doesn't quite match his lip movements, revealing the dialogue was slightly rewritten and rerecorded in post.
