Continuity mistake: When Jason is trying to get Ginger to smoke with him at the store, he leans in and says " nothing quite takes the edge off like a good toke!" His face is only about 4-5" from her face to her left. It then cuts to another angle, and we see he's longer that close to her in fact he's not even onscreen, meaning he moved back instantly at least a foot between cuts.

Ginger Snaps (2000)
Continuity mistake: When Ginger and Brigitte get home after Ginger is attacked by the werewolf, the amount and pattern of the blood on Ginger (especially around her face) changes from when they first enter the living room door, to when it cuts to Ginger being laid down on the bed.

Ginger Snaps (2000)
Visible crew/equipment: When Ginger and Brigitte find the dead dog in the park while they're going to prank the mean-girl, there's a dramatic shot where the camera moves between them and tilts down to reveal the dog. When this happens, you can blatantly see the shadow of the camera move over Ginger's back/arm.

Beverly Hills Cop III (1994)
Trivia: Director John Landis had issues with the script, but felt he and Eddie Murphy could make it work through comedy. However, Landis was shocked to learn that Murphy wanted to play Axel much straighter-edge, reasoning that he was older and less risky and rambunctious. Thus, Murphy would side step around comedic bits rather than play them up. Landis has said that Murphy was very professional and that he likes parts of the movie, but sees it as an "odd film" since it just wasn't very funny.

Firefly (2002)
Trivia: Alan Tudyk had pitched an idea for an episode where his character Wash, who was essentially the comic relief, would be revealed to be covered in prison tattoos, implying him to be quite a badass warrior. But it would then humorously later be explained that he actually accidentally got imprisoned due to his own mistake, and had a good time there, where he would entertain other inmates by telling stories with shadow-puppets. And he just got the tattoos on a lark while imprisoned.

The Witch (2015)
Trivia: Robert Eggers often had co-star Ralph Ineson direct child actor Harvey Scrimshaw during filming. Eggers has no children of his own, and wasn't sure how to communicate with the young actor. So Eggers would describe the scene, and Ineson, a father with two children, would then reinterpret his direction in a way Scrimshaw could understand. (Often by relating it to sports, since Scrimshaw is a huge soccer fan, and literally "coaching" him like a soccer coach).

The Witch (2015)
Trivia: It's shown that there is mold growing on the family's corn. If you look close, the mold is a specific type called ergot. Ergot poisoning can cause severe symptoms including hallucinations, irrational behavior and death. Director Robert Eggers has said this was a purposeful choice, as he left clues for different possible interpretations of the film. If audiences want to believe the supernatural elements, they can. Alternately, they could chalk it up to ergot poisoning driving the family insane.

Arachnophobia (1990)
Revealing mistake: When the flaming "general" spider is killed, there's several mistakes. When it leaps, it suddenly "freezes" in mid-air for a second before the nail hits it. Then, when we see the nail hit it, you can see a wire attached to it, plain as day, to yank it back. Then, when it hits the egg-sack, you can see several fake spiders attached to it, which don't move at all. Then the egg sack catches on fire, but the flames come from behind the sack, even though the general hit the front.

Hellraiser (2022)
Continuity mistake: In the beginning, Serena approaches the man to buy the puzzlebox. He pulls the cigarette out of his mouth and exhales smoke, which mostly dissipates. The scene then cuts to the opposite angle, and suddenly, more smoke appears in the air between edits.

Hellraiser (2022)
Trivia: One of the major issues that stalled this reboot and kept it from being made earlier was that executives at Miramax, who owned the rights at the time, wanted to tone the franchise down and make the movie PG-13 so it could appeal to teenagers. None of the writers or directors attached wanted to make a PG-13 "Hellraiser," and many exited the project over this bizarre and insane mandate. Once Clive Barker got the rights back, production moved forward on this (very) R-rated installment.

Hellraiser (1987)
Continuity mistake: When Kirsty goes into the storage room (where the corpse spews maggots onto her), she has a large bloodstain on her face. Inside, she sweats most of the blood off her face, leaving only a slightly discolored red stain. But then, when she exits the room, suddenly a lot of the blood has re-appeared on her face. I'm assuming they filmed her entering and exiting the door at one time, and her inside the room another time, causing the inconsistency.

Ginger Snaps (2000)
Continuity mistake: In the beginning when the mom discovers the dead body of her dog, she walks in front of an outdoor playhouse in a wideshot. It then cuts to a medium shot of her screaming. Between shots, she is suddenly standing in a different spot entirely... she goes from standing in front of the corner of the playhouse, to being dead center in front of it. She also seems to be several feet closer to it.

Ginger Snaps (2000)
Visible crew/equipment: When Jason approaches Ginger and Brigitte and suggests they should "get together," you can subtly and briefly see the shadow of the camera on the back of his head. When it cuts to the opposite angle, there's nothing else behind him that could be casting the shadow. (It happens very quick and can be hard to catch).

Ginger Snaps (2000)

Ginger Snaps (2000)
Continuity mistake: When Ginger and Brigitte are smoking in the school field in the beginning and notice Jason checking Ginger out, they turn around. Ginger hand (holding the cigarette) goes from up near her chest to down by her waist instantly between cuts as they turn around. Between the same cut, Brigitte's hand also goes from exposed to covered by her sleeve.
