Revealing mistake: When Chucky takes a photo of Jake and flees up the chimney, the flash from the camera is very unrealistic. It doesn't cast shadows, nor does it overlay over the room properly. You can tell all they did was use simple effects to make a translucent white shape blink on the bottom corner of the frame.

Trivia: Part of the idea for having Nica be wheelchair bound is that series creator Don Mancini was tired of hearing people dismissively say "You could just kick him!" in regards to Chucky. To finally shut that complaint down, he purposely made a protagonist that couldn't "just kick him" and would instead have to use her cunning to defend herself.

Continuity mistake: This is hard to describe. When Chucky gets tased, the way the bomb he's holding flies through the air changes between cuts. It's quickly cut, but noticeable if you pay attention. First it's behind Chucky (right in front of Gary's face), then it's in front of him but he flies in front of it so it's behind him, then he lands and it lands in front of him.
