Scream 2 (1997)

Trivia: In an attempt to manipulate the MPAA into giving the movie an R-rating, Wes Craven sent them a copy of the film that was far more violent than he actually wanted the movie to be. His idea was that when they demanded cuts so it wouldn't be NC-17, he could submit his actual director's cut with less violence, and they'd likely accept it. To his horror and amusement, they gave the far more violent version an R-rating. Regardless, he still released his less violent cut of the film in theaters.

Chucky Actually - S2-E8

Continuity mistake: When GG says "You'll wrinkle my dress!", you can hear Tiffany clapping, but can't see her hands. It then cuts to another shot, and suddenly her hands are up and clapping. You should have been able to see them in the previous shot given the angle.

Other mistake: When the cop puts his cup of coffee down and says "Jen, put it down!", the series of shots is very wonky. He suddenly gets much lower between cuts, gets into an unrealistic position for the stunt to have the vase smashed over his head. Finally, when he lands, there's a bunch of glass perfectly still on the floor, which was obviously already placed there, in addition to a few pieces that are dropped from above.

Chucky Actually - S2-E8

Visible crew/equipment: When Glenda electrocutes the security guard and his face bursts into flames, you can see where a flammable substance has been smeared on the prop head. It's sort-of whiteish, and the flames immediately ignite on it.

Other mistake: When Michelle is making a video about her nativity set-up, we get a split screen of her recording and the phone's POV, but the way Michelle is moving her phone doesn't match the movement in the phone POV in the slightest.

Chucky Actually - S2-E8

Continuity mistake: When Michelle is making a video about her nativity set-up, in the first shot, Caroline isn't there, but in the next shot, she's practically right next to her. She should have been visible in the previous shot.

Chucky Actually - S2-E8

Continuity mistake: When Glenda is talking to Tiffany on the phone at the hospital, when they say they need to get Tiffany in there somehow, the way their fingers are wrapped around their phone changes slightly between cuts. Noticeably, their pinky is suddenly about 2" higher. Then, in the next shot, they're back where they originally were.
