Teaching Mrs. Tingle (1999)
Trivia: The movie was originally shot as an R-rated movie, but was cut down to PG-13 before release. It's most notable in the scene where Jo-Lynn re-enacts scenes from "The Exorcist." The actress had to re-dub herself screaming "F*** me!" with "Take me!" over and over again.

Teaching Mrs. Tingle (1999)
Trivia: Helen Mirren has given different reasons for taking the part of Mrs. Tingle. She was reportedly intrigued by the devilish role because it was unlike anything else she had ever played, and she enjoyed how the film showed the turbulence of adolescence. She also quipped that she got paid a "shitload of money" and that it was an easy job because she spend most of the film tied to a bed in a comfy nightgown making catty comments.

Teaching Mrs. Tingle (1999)
Trivia: The film was originally titled "Killing Mrs. Tingle" and was set to premiere earlier. After the Columbine Shooting, the film was retitled "Teaching Mrs. Tingle" due to fears that it would feel too exploitive following the tragedy. Its release date was also shifted back slightly.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997)
Continuity mistake: When Buffy's mom sets down the carton of orange juice on the table after the golf trip, watch closely. The continuity is nightmarish. The carton rotates multiple times between cuts. The cap is on, then off, then back on again between cuts. And Buffy's mom's hand keeps moving on and off the carton between cuts.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997)
Revealing mistake: In the beginning of the episode, when Buffy stakes the vampire that she beats up for a long time, watch when she lifts the stake. The hole in the vampire's chest is a solid 8" below where she actually hit him with the stake. (It's an effects shot, so somehow, they just didn't line up).

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997)
Plot hole: Angel says he cannot give Buffy mouth-to-mouth because vampires have "no breath." However, throughout the entire series, vampires are shown to breathe, and are able to do things like smoke, gasp, get choked out, etc. (Granted, the franchise also confirms a vampire cannot die from asphyxiation, but still they're shown to breathe regularly).

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997)
Deliberate mistake: When Willow and Jenny go out to the parking lot only to discover vampires converging on the school, pay attention to the extras. You can make out some of the same extras in different shots coming from different directions. (Most notably, you can see a woman in a long black-and-white skirt coming from the direction of the parking lot, then a few shots later, she's suddenly over in the football field coming from there.) They obviously reused extras in different shots to "pad out" the crowds.
