Continuity mistake: When Buffy and Angel get to Buffy's house at the beginning, Buffy starts to use a first-aid kit to patch up Angel's wound. Angel's arm goes from down by his side to up on Buffy's shoulder between cuts. (It can be hard to see since it's close to the bottom of the frame, but it's noticeable. It seems like they cut out a few seconds to quicken the pace.) She's also a little bit closer to Angel between the same cut.

Never Kill A Boy On The First Date - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: When the Scoobys are in the cafeteria in the beginning, Xander asks what the "green stuff" is in a wideshot, and it cuts to a closeup of Buffy. In both shots, you can see two extras in the background doing the exact same thing twice - walking from screen-left to screen-right, while one of them distinctly lifts their tray up for a moment. The extras were probably just told to repeat the same actions in different takes to populate the background, leading to this odd mistake.

Continuity mistake: After Xander chugs his martini, he transfers the glass to his left hand. But then, it's back in his right hand instantly between cuts.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997)
Stupidity: Xander really has no reason not to believe Buffy when she tells him that Miss French is evil/a giant bug. There is an in-universe explanation of pheromones affecting him, but that's flimsy at best. He's already dealt with vampires and witches and body-swapping, and there has already been a murder around the time Miss French showed up... the fact he doesn't believe Buffy seems very forced and contrived.

Continuity mistake: When Miss French scoots closer to Xander and asks if he's ever been with a woman before, Xander hands go from being apart touching between cuts.

Blade: Trinity (2004)
Other mistake: In the opening fight, right before the title card, Blade fights five vampires. He kicks one, who falls onto the ground and starts to crawl away. He then kills the other four vampires with his weapon (sort-of a blade that's on a line he can whip around). After those four vampires "dust," you see the fifth vampire (the one Blade had kicked earlier) on the ground... and he spontaneously "dusts" for no reason whatsoever. Blade did nothing to him... he just dies for no reason.
Suggested correction: He gets hit by the silver knife on a string (whatever it is called) like the others in 1 swing (there are 5 in total BTW). A small touch seems to be enough to dust them.
You are correct there are five (typo), but the last vampire does not get hit by the knife in any way that I can see. Watch this clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7LkxaihdyRE Blade swings the knife-line above his head (you can see the line in the entire shot), and there's never any point that I can identify where it hits the vampire on the ground. Blade swings it in an upward motion, and you can see the line goes slack after it hits the last vampire on the left side of screen, implying that it stopped and fell to the ground in that direction.
The blade goes around his head at least twice before it hits the last 2 vampires. I admit that it's unlikely but you can't really see where the blade goes unless you go into slowmotion (if that even shows anything as it's all CGI). It could have hit him at any point.
It does go around his head twice and is quite fast, but it is definitely visible throughout the shot (slow mo is not required), and at no point does it go low enough to hit the vampire on the ground. It would need to completely defy all laws of physics to do that.

Hellraiser (2022)
Trivia: The first "Hellraiser" to have the direct credited involvement from franchise creator Clive Barker since "Hellraiser: Bloodline" in 1996. (Barker reportedly gave some minor notes on the sixth film, "Hellseeker," during editing, but was uncredited and uninvolved otherwise.) Director David Bruckner said Barker was heavily involved and provided feedback, suggestions, artwork and references throughout production, and would help the team bounce ideas around for the story and characters.

Hellraiser (2022)
Trivia: The first film in the franchise to feature a female "Pinhead," as portrayed by actress Jamie Clayton, a trans-woman. Despite some minor backlash online, original Pinhead actor Doug Bradley has spoken out in support of Clayton, noting that the franchise has always been transgressive and unique, and that he loved her performance on the show "Sense8." It should also be noted that the Cenobites in the original book were mostly androgenous, though "Pinhead" was said to have a feminine voice.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997)
Continuity mistake: After Giles closes the library for "filing, " we see Buffy grab a crossbow off a shelf. It is upside down when she grabs it. Instantly between cuts, it is right side up. You can tell from the grip thingy that sticks out from it. (It looks like she starts to rotate it in the first shot, but it's instantaneously flipped over in the next).

Audio problem: At the beginning of the episode at the Bronze, when Buffy gets up to go and Willow tries to get Buffy to stay, Xander suggests they can dance. But his mouth movements don't match the words when he says "Eh, yeah, it's early..." (His head is turned away from camera, but you can see the side of his mouth, and he's saying something else).

Never Kill A Boy On The First Date - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: When Borba reawakens at the funeral home and says "I have been judged, " you can sort-of see Owen reflected in the glass in front of him, and Owen's face looks totally blank. When it cuts to Owen, Xander and Willow (right before the commercial break happens), Owen suddenly has a shocked expression on his face.

Never Kill A Boy On The First Date - S1-E5
Deliberate mistake: When Buffy and Giles are searching the funeral home, we see three shots of Buffy and Giles opening up different mortuary-cabinet doors, shot from the point of view of the cabinet. The problem? You can tell they're opening and closing the same door over and over again. The background is exactly the same, and all they've done is slightly re-arrange the stuff behind them, and had the actors come in from different angles to create the illusion they're opening different doors. It's SUPER obvious.

The Addams Family (1991)
Trivia: The idea for the film came when producer Scott Rudin was in a van with several other executives. One of the executives' kids, who were also in the van, started singing the theme song to the 60's TV show, and soon, everyone joined in since they all knew the words. Rudin realised that the show and characters were still very relevant and well-known, and pitched the idea of turning "The Addams Family" into a movie the very next day.

Continuity mistake: The second time we see the van going to Sunnydale, the creepy guy is delivering a weird sermon. Visible crew/equipment: When Buffy and Giles are in the cemetery, right before Buffy bails to go meet Owen, you can blatantly see a number rectangular studio/set lights reflected in Giles' glasses coming from various angles. (There wouldn't be dramatically-angled lights like that in a cemetery, let alone after dark).
