Continuity mistake: When the "butler" says "Holy shit, I got it, you're Ralphie from 'The Sopranos'!", Joe's mouth goes from being closed to open-mouth grinning between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Chucky stabs Liv Morgan to death and she falls over, the blood stains on her legs/stockings change between shots. Additionally, her left hand also changes position between the same cut.
Continuity mistake: When Sutton is pouring Glen the drink (the "Sutty Butty Butthole"), she stops pouring the liquor into the glass and starts to close it. It then cuts to a wideshot where Sutton and Glen are out of focus in the background, but you can see Sutton is suddenly pouring the liquor again and then closes it a second time.
Revealing mistake: When Nica goes up the ramp and into the truck, her dress is bunched up, revealing her legs are hidden inside (she's supposed to have had her legs chopped off). Additionally, you can see that a blur has been added over Nica's face to mask the fact it's a stunt-person doing it.
Revealing mistake: When Nica is escaping, there's a dramatic shot from behind where she comes from over the camera, lands, and zooms away. For a split second, you can see actress Fiona Dourif's hands covered in black gloves as she's spinning the wheels on the wheelchair. Nica's arms have been chopped off and replaced by prosthetic arms with hook hands but they shot the scene with Dourif wearing black gloves underneath. The camera happened to catch them in this one shot.
Continuity mistake: When Gina gets confused and says, "Who's Nica? Who's Nica?", her hands and Meg's hands are in different positions between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Tiffany slaps Nica and returns her back to normal, Glenda grabs Nica's arm twice between cuts.

Continuity mistake: When Glenda shows off their English accent for Gina, after Glen says "We're kind of Anglophiles", Glenda's right hand goes from their lap to up on the chair arm between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Gina puts on a French accent and says, "Don't blame me, stranger, for your troubles. I'm innocent," her hand moves slightly down on the rod she's holding.
Continuity mistake: When everyone is talking in the living room about the "murder mystery," Sutton says, "So any of us could have done it!" Joe moves his left hand in the background and points at her. In the next shot, his left hand is back on the back of the couch.
Continuity mistake: When Tiffany calls Meg "Miss Snooty Pants" after sending everyone to the living room, they go from being several feet apart to practically shoulder-to-shoulder between cuts.
Answer: They were blamed for the death of Jake's foster brother, which was deemed a terrible accident, and they were sent to the reform school as a punishment. Presumably, when they had to leave the reform school given what happened, they were instead given community service as punishment.
