Continuity mistake: When Monk is talking to Daniel on the radio, in the shots from inside the truck, Krystal is standing next to the open door, to Monk's left when he turns to face her. In the shots from outside the truck, Krystal is now away from the door and to Monk's right.

Mr. Monk Gets Stuck in Traffic - S3-E13

Revealing mistake: When we see a shot of Steve in his car while in the dump truck, it's shot in a studio and the shot is reused each time we see Steve in the car. The shadow is completely different and at one point, when they show Steve in the car with the car and truck bouncing around, you can tell the image is just shaken, rather than the dump truck actually bouncing. There are loose chains hanging off the inside walls that don't move or sway at all.

Continuity mistake: When Anderton and Agatha approach room "1009" (which looks like "1006"), there's a stairwell/exit to the right of the door. When Anderton bust open "1006" and goes back for Agatha, there's now a hallway to the right of "1009."

Continuity mistake: When Max and the Chief are in the plane, the banner is attached to the cable at the end where it says "IT." When they go low and Max is by the yellow truck, the banner is now attached at the opposite end, where is says "suicide." In later shots it's attached back the other way.

Continuity mistake: At the end, when Agent 91 and Larabee pick on Hymie for being the new guy, there's a shot where Agent 91's badge is flipped. It's after Larabee says "new guy did", the badge is clipped on backwards. It's facing forward in the other shots.

Continuity mistake: When Craig and his friends put the tapes on the counter, Robocop is on the bottom. Later it's on top. Then one of the guys sets it aside on the counter and in the next shot, Robocop is back on top of other videos.

Continuity mistake: When Marge shoots Chief Wiggum, the arrow goes through his tie. When they roll on top of him, the arrow isn't through the tie anymore.

Continuity mistake: In Dalton's antique store, in the close of the forged map, the "sold" tag is covering part of the state names (mainly the West in West Virginia) and part of the picture. In the wide shot, the tag is now in the corner and not covering anything.

Continuity mistake: When Frank puts his gun on the bar before doing cocaine, the barrel is vertical. In the next shot of the gun, the barrel is horizontal. Plus the Coors Light straw holder has moved.

Continuity mistake: When Dennis pulls the gun on the two guys and tells one to press end on the phone, the guy sets the phone down on his left leg. In the next shot he's putting the phone down again but on his right leg.

Continuity mistake: When Rick and Aaron are loading up the supplies from the houseboat, they put a container with a red can in straight and flush with the other container, so that the lid sticking up is to the left. In the interior shot of the van, the container is twisted sideways and pushed back with the lid to the front.

Continuity mistake: The writing on the hankie, in lipstick, changes from when Frank wrote it to when Jane opens it. When Frank writes the number "21409" its touching his initials (the monogrammed FD). But later when we see it, the numbers are above the initials.

Continuity mistake: When the guard is reading the tabloid paper, he has it fully open (so that he's holding the back page in his right hand) and starts to turn the page. In the next shot, when he's startled, all of the suddenly the paper is closed so that the "spine" is now in his right hand.

Face the Raven - S9-E11

Continuity mistake: When the Shade leaves Clara and she falls, her body is twisted because of the way her legs are bent with one on top of the other and her arms are out to the side. In the overhead shot of her, her positioning has changed, her body isn't twisted and her arms are more straight down her side.

Continuity mistake: After Mac says the tag line for his bike, he throws his left fist up in the air and pauses. But in the next shot of him, he has his right fist up.

Continuity mistake: When Curly is bouncing on Monsignor Ratliffe, Ratliffe is lying on the ground so that he's parallel to the fallen ladder. In the next shot, he's perpendicular to the ladder.

Continuity mistake: When Jesse smashes the Chinese drive-thru speaker, you see him break a chopstick off and throw it on the ground. As they drive away, the speaker has 2 chopsticks again.

Continuity mistake: When Scarlet Witch enters the fight, after Hawkeye's pep talk, there's a payphone booth to her right, several feet away. In shots of her fighting, the double doors are seen behind her. When Hawkeye nods at her, in the next shot of her, she is standing with the phone booth behind her. And then she's not near the phone booth when Hawkeye and Scarlet Witch start to leave.

Continuity mistake: When Hines Ward scores the opening touchdown as the field collapses, he ends by the letters "ues" (end part of Rogues). We see the field collapse up to the lettering, including part of the "u." When the mercenaries storm the stadium, there's a wide shot of the end zone and more of the field is present by those letters. Plus, when Ward is in the end zone, the grass is green between the letters, but in wide shots, the grass in the end zones is painted yellow with black letters.

Continuity mistake: When Clark is looking at his "bonus check", he's holding both the envelope and "check" together in both hands. In the next shot he's only holding the "check" in both hands and the envelope is no longer under it.
