Continuity mistake: When Ben (the electricity powers guy) collapses after getting hit by his own electricity blast, he's somewhat parallel to the wall and not touching it. When Jim rushes up to him, his hand is lying up against the wall. In the next shot, he's now almost perpendicular to the wall, with his neck and shoulders lying against it. In the next shot, he's about an inch away from the wall and not touching it at all.

Continuity mistake: When Carter gets stuck in the elevator, she's on level 22. Every time the level changed, you can hear a beeping noise and there's no noise after we see 22. But from outside, the doors say 28. It wasn't a cut away shot either.

When Adam drives through the water there's an inside shot of him and you can tell the door is back on for the scene. After going down the stairs there's the same inside the car shot of Adam and you can see the door is missing.

Character mistake: After trading the pistol for Carter, Jack says "there's only 5 more rounds in that clip." However, the pistol didn't have a clip, it had a magazine, which is completely different. As a member of the Air Force who has been trained in firearms, he would know the difference.
