Ghostbusters (1984)

Ray Stantz: You know, it's just occurred to me, we really haven't had a completely successful test of this equipment.
Egon Spengler: I blame myself.
Peter Venkman: So do I.
Ray Stantz: Well, no sense in worrying about it now.
Peter Venkman: Why worry? Each of us is wearing an unlicensed nuclear accelerator on his back.

Wagons East (1994)

Question: At the end, after the Indians leave and Harlow says "Wagons ho", when the wagons are moving, there's a stool thrown into the field from the left of the screen (in my viewing thrown from off-camera). Was there a joke I missed or does someone know who threw it and why?

Bishop73

Answer: It appears to be a woman standing up and reaching for something in her wagon. As the camera pans away, this stool can be seen thrown and landing - breaking apart.

Continuity mistake: When the men attack Quatermain in Africa, at one point he hits one guy with a bottle. The bottle completely shatters and there's nothing left to hold. When it cuts back to Quartermain, he's holding a big piece of a broken bottle.

Suggested correction: You can see the bottle in his hand in the scene where it shatters.

No, you can't. The bottle completely shatters. Then in the next cut he's holding the bottle.

Magnum Force (1973)

Question: I understand the concept of spelling mistakes and an editor accidentally missing them, especially for an unknown actor's name. But how did "Callahan" end up getting misspelled when it was spelled correctly in the first film? Has any reason been given? Or if there someone with general knowledge of how end credits are produced, is there no editor?

Bishop73

Chosen answer: The error didn't necessarily start with the makers of the credits. It could have crept into the process at any point. Whoever typed up the names to give them to the technicians who made the credits could have misspelled the name.

Renaissance Man (1994)

Bill: You got the wrong file. When have I ever been a teacher?
Beverly: Look, you've got a Masters degree, that means you can teach.
Bill: No it doesn't. No, it only means hypothetically that I could.
Beverly: Come on, Bill. Now it's a good job. Six weeks. A decent salary. And you get to live there.
Bill: Beverly, I...I'll get my head blown off. Do you know how many kids carry guns to school these days?
Beverly: In this case all of them. I guess you didn't get to the "where" part.
