Trivia: When Dick and Tommy walk through the Eversoll office, the door they open up has the name "Gary Parkinson." Gary was the Buckeye Fidelity insurance salesman from s05e03, "The Fifth Solomon." They also pass the office of "Ted Hughes." Ted also worked at Buckeye. Terry Hughes was the director of the episode.

A Nightmare on Dick Street (1) - S2-E25

Question: Don says if he nabs Karl Borsky he makes detective. (I'm pretty sure I've seen other shows where a cop says if he does something or brings someone in he'll make detective, or some rank). Is that how some police departments promoted officers to detective? I thought it just a matter of necessary years of experience and passing a test (and maybe having a vacancy) and not about having a certain number of high profile arrests or accomplishing a certain feat. Granted Don may be exaggerating, but taking what he said at face value, how true is it?

Factual error: At the police station, in lock up, there's a paper on the bulletin board with a phone number "1-800-VICTIM" An 800 number should have 7 letters/numbers instead of just 6.

Continuity mistake: When the 2 girls at the mall leave after calling Freud a geek, the girl in pink puts her purse strap on her shoulder. In the next shot, it's off her shoulder, and she's seen putting it on it again.

Continuity mistake: After Harry eats the egg, the lid is still up. When Vicki walks in, the lid is down.

I Am Dick Pentameter! - S4-E6

Continuity mistake: When everyone is in the living kitchen, Tommy ends up getting 2 darts stuck into the dartboard. When Harry throws the remote, the 2nd dart is missing. But it's back in the wide shots after Jennifer comes in. Later, when Tommy throws another dart, that 3rd one is seen, but not the 2nd one.

Trivia: When the agents ask Sisko which Enterprise ship, he says "the first one." One agent also responds with there's been 6 Enterprises. However, in the 2001 TV series "Star Trek: Enterprise", we learn there was an Enterprise before the "first" one. And (as of 2020), there have been 8, or possibly 9, Enterprise ships. (I have listed this a trivia since at the time of the show it wouldn't have been a mistake. But one could argue this is a mistake or that the TV series ST:E made a mistake, since it's been established TOS Enterprise was the first ship with that name).

Trivia: When Dick asks Tommy when they first landed on the planet, Tommy says "January 9th. It was a Tuesday, exactly at 8:30PM." That was when the first episode aired on NBC (in 1996).

Question: I'm watching this show on an app called "Tubi TV" and none of the 1st season episodes have the opening narration from James Earl Jones. I remember watching this on TV, but it would have been reruns and I can't remember hearing the narration then either (granted, I may have forgotten hearing it, but it's so distinct and unique that I don't think I would have forgotten it). When the show was in rerun syndication, was the narration removed? Why? Just to ad 30-seconds of ad time? Why would the narration be removed on streaming services where ad time isn't an issue? Do they not have access to the originals? Has anyone seen the narration removed anywhere else?

Trivia: In the merchandising scene, the coloring book is a 1980's Transformers sticker adventures coloring book and the lunch box is a 1980's Transformers lunchbox from Aladdin (the company, not the movie).

Trivia: At the beginning, we're introduced to Sergeant Rico. "Johnnie" Rico was the main character in "Starship Troopers", who at one point would have been a sergeant. While the film "Starship Troopers" came out in 1997, the book itself was written in 1959.

Question: When Johnny and Lorna are in the castle, before they go into the small room where Johnny accidentally announces his plans over the PA, Lorna is seen with a back tattoo. It looks like perhaps it's a number, "05" maybe? Was there a deleted scene where we see the tattoo more or where characters talk about it? Or was this Natalie Imbruglia's actual back tattoo? Later it seems to be gone.
