Helen Potts - S4-E12
Trivia: In this episode, Patricia Richardson guest stars as Helen Potts. She played Tim Allen's wife on "Home Improvement", and there are plenty of inside jokes to reference "Home Improvement." Then, at the end, Jonathan Taylor Thomas appears as Helen's son, Randy and another joke ensues about how he looks familiar. Jonathan Taylor Thomas played Randy on "Home Improvement" and had already appeared several times in "Last Man Standing" playing John Baker, whom Mike already knows.

The Running Man (1987)
Other mistake: The list of possible prisoners contestants the computer goes through shows different information, but the page with the 8 rows of double letters and numbers remains relatively the same, even though it's suppose to show variations and different information (i.e. AA always has -583 and -5483 and BB always has -484 and -4838).

The Running Man (1987)
Trivia: When Killian is talking about the next possible contestant, he points out he's 120 pounds and wouldn't last 30 seconds. This is somewhat making fun of how they used Arnold Schwarzenegger to portray Ben Richards. In the book "The Running Man" (which has a very different structure), Ben Richards is described as "scrawny", the complete opposite of Arnold.

We see his personal info (occupation, hobbies, eye color, resident), the numbers pop up, and then it shows a completely different set of personal info (despite being the same guy with the same prisoner number).

Continuity mistake: When Pete and Dr. Niles are in the car discussing the project, the background keeps changing depending on the camera angle. They're suppose to be stuck in traffic, driving near a giant hillside. But in some angles there's no cars next to them and it's wide open space with no sign of the hill. And the cars around them change. (00:11:00 - 00:12:00)

But in the next shot, Tweety is now behind Sylvester (between Sylvester and Granny), however, there's not enough time for him to fly back that far (or even circle around), and we would have seen him do it.
