Continuity mistake: When the Dukes meet up with BB, they come from a side road onto the main road. When the shot goes in to a close up on BB, you don't see a side road. And half the time, you don't see any dust kicked up by the opposing vehicles.

Color the Luftwaffe Red - S4-E8
Revealing mistake: When the truck with Hogan and company pulls up to the Luftwaffe HQ, the camera pans to the right to look at Klink getting out of the side car. When the camera cuts back to Hogan and company, they shake as if the truck just stopped, but it can be seen that the truck was stationary.

Never Play Cards with Strangers - S4-E7
Trivia: On the wall that is adjacent to the door to Klink's office, there is usually a picture of "Old Bubble Head" (as Hogan calls him in this episode) talking at a podium; that is usually where the bug is located for Klink's office. This time, however, there is a picture of Hitler standing with a group of people, possibly a parade review.

LeBeau and the Little Old Lady - S3-E25
Audio problem: After Hogan and company get into the car to go to town to get Lebeau, Klink is walking around to get in the passenger side, Schultz takes off, leaving Klink standing alone. After Klink calls out, you hear the screeching of tires sliding on pavement. Trouble is, the camp doesn't have any pavement.

LeBeau and the Little Old Lady - S3-E25
Continuity mistake: When Newkirk and Carter are playing Gin, Newkirk puts a card on his forehead so Carter can't get it. When he puts it on his head, it's about a quarter inch below his hairline. In the close up, the card is now at the hairline. In the wide shot, the card is again about a quarter inch lower.

Revealing mistake: When Hochstetter goes to open the window in Klink's office after the explosion rocks the camp, look at the background. You can see the studio lighting shining on the matte painting of the camp yard.

Hogan's Heroes (1965)
Other mistake: When the head counterfeiter comes in, there is a sign on the barracks behind him that says "BARRACK 3." Two problems with this. First, Hogan and company are housed in Barrack 3. Second, there is not a Barrack building between Hogan's building and Klink's office building.

Other mistake: In the end, Schultz tests the faucets, and they work correctly. When Klink goes to touch the faucets, watch the drain. The high pressure jet of water comes from it just when Klink is over it.

Tron (1982)
Revealing mistake: With the exception of the set up and ending "real world" sequences, this is all in the digital world. There is no sun, yet when Tron, Flynn and RAM are drinking at the pool of energy, there is a reflection of what appears to be a plaza and a bright day outside the windows.

Tron (1982)
Revealing mistake: When the first of the blue bikes hits the wall and makes the hole, there is a rubber tyre bouncing away from the explosion. Any time that you see the back wheel of the cycles, there is no rubber tire. This is supposed to be the digital world. Even the tanks, with all the accompanying sounds does not have rubber on the tracks, as there are no tracks.

Tron (1982)
Continuity mistake: From the Light Cycle grid, the hole in the wall made by one of the Blue bikes has a jagged side like the teeth of a saw blade on the left side, and a couple of squared projections on the right. The hole goes all the way through to a tunnel on the other side. When the trio escape, and exit out into the tunnel, the hole has the saw-tooth jagged side on the left instead of the right. It should be a mirror image of the Grid side of the hole.

Continuity mistake: When Sark is looking at his display and wants the programs back, the display is about the size of a forty-six inch LED TV screen. When the shot changes to a wide shot, the display takes up the whole wall.

Tron (1982)
Other mistake: As the guards lead Flynn away after the Ring Game, the rings disappear, and as the trio is heading up the walkway, you see the paths disappear from the ring end up. The speed that it was dissolving would have caught the second guard, and he would have fallen and derezzed.

Tron (1982)
Other mistake: In the Ring Game, Flynn throws a shot that Crom catches and returns. When the shot hits Flynn's rings, it takes out the third and fourth ring. Problem is that any other time, the impact only takes out the ring that it hit. Close inspection shows a solid hit on the fourth ring only. The only explanation is that since Flynn continues and jumps the "gap" in the rings, this was a deliberate set up to bring the end to this sequence and move the movie forward.

M*A*S*H (1972)
Audio problem: When the bulb in the projector goes out, Klinger is trying to fix it. People throw popcorn at him, saying "Find it!" After Potter says "Hit it, Father!", watch Klinger. From the wide shot to the close up, you hear him say "The bulb is hot!", but his lips don't move.

The Most Unforgettable Characters - S5-E14
Other mistake: After Klinger douses himself with real gas (Potter determined that Klinger's can only had water in it, and told Radar to switch the can for real gas), and runs into the shower tent, you hear a nurse scream, and see her run out. When the door is open, there are no stalls to be seen. From all scenes shot inside the tent, you know that the stalls are big enough to be easily seen from the outside.

M*A*S*H (1972)
Continuity mistake: After a distant aerial shot of Potter's chopper, the camera closes in for a close up. When in the distance, the rotors are running full speed. In the close up, they are barely running, just enough to make the familiar whooshing sound. The chopper that they are in is being raised and lowered to simulate flight. Also, if you look in the canopy in front of Potter, you can see the camera and crew's reflection. Then when the chopper is over the building, the sound of the blades is still the slow moving whooshing mentioned earlier, instead of the full power sound it should be.
