Continuity mistake: At the end, Lt. Moreau gives Kirk a report to sign. After signing and giving it back, and after a dialog with Spock, he gets up, goes to Moreau, has the report and looks at it again.

As You Were - S2-E20
Revealing mistake: As Henry goes over to the expectant mother, a round takes out the generator. After the lights go out, there is a blue light outside the window, and also blue lights over the action. They can be seen in the reflections on the light sets over the tables.

Star Trek (1966)
Continuity mistake: First, Scotty rigged a self destruct delay timer for Kirk that supposedly had thirty seconds programmed in. However, putting a timer against the one used in the episode, from start to finish there was one minute twenty seconds before the Constellation blew up. Second, Kirk was holding the communicator out and away from himself before his beaming, then it's close to his face as he materializes. (00:47:05)

Star Trek (1966)
Continuity mistake: Decker is leaning over the forward console between Sulu and the other man, with Spock at his left elbow. As he gives the order to veer off, he starts to turn to his right. As the angle changes, it appears that he was standing straight up the whole time.

Batman (1966)
The Joker's Provokers (2) - S2-E22
Factual error: During the fight to regain his box, the Joker picks up an orange colored deep well drill bit to hit Batman. First, such a device has sufficient weight that one regular man couldn't lift it easily, let alone swing it. Second, the drill bit wouldn't be lying around in the water works guard office.

Stalag 17 (1953)
Other mistake: When Shapiro goes to get the teabag out for Dunbar's tea, you can see that there is a wet spot where it was in his pocket, suggesting multiple takes.
Suggested correction: Or he'd simply used the teabag before using it in Dunbar's tea.

Stalag 17 (1953)
Trivia: When Stalag 17 was pitched to William Holden, he very nearly passed on the lead role of Sefton. After more talks, he took the part, and won his only Oscar.

Stalag 17 (1953)
Trivia: There are two instances where a character breaks the "Fourth Wall." This is when a character looks directly at the camera, as if addressing the audience. The first is when Harry is threatened by Animal after the horse races. The second is when Trzcinski is reading his letter and the bearded man listening to him say "I believe it...I believe it!" looks up as the scene ends.

Doctor Who (2005)
Continuity mistake: When the Doctor and Mrs. Moore are walking through the tunnel of Cybermen, there is constantly a light source in front of them. When the shot looks ahead, there are no lights. This is due to the cameraman giving more light so this all can be filmed.

Star Trek (1966)
Revealing mistake: While Kirk watches, the machine fires at the Enterprise. As Spock is knocked backwards, watch his hands as he goes forward. They automatically go into a certain, almost practiced position. Then a moment later, the Communications officer is reporting to Spock. As she does, another shot hits the ship. She and just about all the crew react to the jolt a second before the camera and lighting crews simulate the hit. (00:26:40)

Revealing mistake: Accounting for some effects being re-done by modern digital formatting, when the Enterprise approaches the drifting Constellation, as it rotates, you can see a star pass through the solid part of the Constellation's saucer.

Stalag 17 (1953)
Continuity mistake: When Price gets his "love note" out of the black queen and reads it, he quickly puts it and the queen in his left pants pocket. However, later Sefton reaches into Price's jacket and gets it out.
Suggested correction: It's the next day. It's perfectly reasonable that Price could have moved it. It's also reasonable that Sefton, who was watching him closely, would have seen where he put it.
